The 12 recently refurbished conference and banqueting suites are located on the first floor of the hotel, a dedicated area with its own separate entrance.

Most of our meeting rooms benefit from floor to ceiling windows, providing our guests with a warm welcome and a bright environment. We offer flexible first class facilities which range from an intimate meeting for 6 persons in a boardroom style through to theatre style for 600 persons. Our Ballroom with its classic chandeliers can accommodate up to 500 persons for a dinner dance.

The Library is an elegant wood panelled room, ideal for private dining or executive board meetings for up to 18 persons and with our signature room, W1 offers a modern look and can accommodate up to 10 persons for a board meeting or private dining.

All suites can be equipped with high-quality amenities and conference technology; additional specialised equipment can be arranged for you upon request by our onsite audio visual team.

The Ballroom The magnificent grand Ballroom, one of the largest conference and banqueting facilities in the centre of London can accommodate up to 550 for a banquet or 600 persons for a conference, combining the latest technology with sophisticated design and including flexible acoustic sliding walls allowing you to shape the room to suit your requirements.

Montagu Suite The Montagu Suite is a stylish room for both private dining and meetings, which can also be used as a pre-banquet hospitality suite or registration room due to its main link to the grand Ballroom. It caters for up to 70 persons for dinner or lunch on and up to 90 persons theatre style for meetings.

Berkeley and Gloucester Suites These 2 connecting suites combine perfectly for theatre style meetings of up to 150 persons. Both suites offer floor to ceiling windows and can also be used as 2 individual rooms seating up to 50 and 90 persons respectively theatre style.

Bryanston, Seymour and Devonshire Suites Overlooking the leafy Portman Square, these 3 bright, airy and modern connecting suites offer ample daylight. With a conference capacity of up to 200 persons theatre style, it can also be used for up to 190 guests. The Suites can also be separated as 3 individual spaces seating up to 50, 50, 150 persons respectively theatre style.

The George, Quebec and York Suites These 3 suites each accommodate up to 20 persons theatre style and are ideal for boardroom meetings, presentations, training, interviews or breakout sessions. Each suite has modern décor with daylight creating an airy and open atmosphere. The Quebec and York Suites have the additional advantage of being interconnecting, therefore offering more flexibility for your meetings.

The Library Suite The Library is an elegant wood panelled room with rich tapestries, ideal for executive board meetings for up to 18 persons. Its formal yet intimate atmosphere has also made it a popular venue for private dining.

W1 Suite The W1 offers a modern look and can accommodate up to 10 persons for a board meeting or private dining. The room has got plenty of daylight and is equipped with the latest technology.

Fireplace Lounge This unique and lovely space can be used as an exclusive registration and breakout area; also this space can be hired for drinks reception area to serve refreshments, ideally located on the ground floor by the hotel’s open fire place.

The Terrace The hotel’s terrace can accommodate up to 40 persons for Al Fresco dining, an ideal area for private BBQs and receptions.

Portman Square The adjacent Portman Square Gardens is listed as a Grade II garden in the Register of Parks and Gardens of Historic Interest compiled by English Heritage. BY CARThe Radisson Blu Portman Hotel is situated north of Oxford Street, close to Edgware Road with easy access to the M40, M1 and M25. The nearby NCP Car Park entrance is on Gloucester Place.
