If you have any questions or concerns, your VT Customer Service Representatives are happy to help you, every step of the way. Login While on www.vtindustries.com, navigate to the menu item: VTonline LOGIN. On the right side of that page, below the header, VT Dimensions, sign in with your assigned user ID (customer number) and password. Your password is case sensitive. To view inventory, click the blue button Begin by typing the color number (alternatively, you may scroll through the drop- down list to find your color number). Click FIND to view laminate currently available. The information contained in this web page is provided solely for informational purposes. Contact your Customer Service Representative for additional information. To create a new order, click the gray button Field Options Inventory Online New Order Ship to Name - Click in this field to change the default ship to address. Project Name - If your order qualifies for a current approved project discount, please select the project name in this field. Field Options

To order accessories, click the gray button

• Color - Begin by typing the color number (alternatively, you may scroll through the drop-down list to find your color number).

• Quantity - Enter the amount of items you are ordering.

• Length - Select the length required from the drop down list.

• Style - Pick the corresponding style from the drop down list.

• Substrate - Choose which substrate on which your countertop should be made. This field defaults to Particle Board.

• Depth - Select the depth required from the drop down list. (S/R means Single-Roll Bars, sometimes referred to as decks without backsplashes. D/R means double-Roll Bars, sometimes referred to as islands.)

• Backer - If your top requires backer, select Yes, otherwise select No.

• Miter - If your top requires a miter, select Left or Right, otherwise select No Miter. (Miters are only available for kitchen or vanity tops.)

• Comment - Comments entered in this optional field are for your reference, and will be printed on the countertop label.

Field Options

• Color - If your color is unavailable, please manually type the color number, and use the mouse to navigate to the color description field to enter the color name.

• Quantity

• Length

• Style

• Substrate

• Product Type - In this field, you may choose S/R (single-roll bar), Bar (double-roll bar or island), or With Backsplash (kitchen or vanity countertop with backsplash).

• Depth - Inch/Fraction Select the depth required for your countertop, in whole numbers, and then include any necessary fraction thereof. For example, a 32.25” bar would be entered as Inch: 32, Fraction: ¼.

• Backsplash - Inch/Fraction If your special order top includes a backsplash, please indicate the height needed in this field. For example, a 3.5” backsplash would be entered as Inch: 3, Fraction: ½.

How to measure a countertop

Backsplash Height – measure from the top of the deck to the top of the backsplash.

Depth – measure from the front of the nose to the back of the backsplash.

If you do not submit or delete your order, it will be saved for you the next time you log in. To view saved orders, click the gray button

To submit your order, click the green button

A print dialogue box will open, allowing you the opportunity to print a copy of your submitted order for your records.

Your order has now been successfully submitted to your VT customer service department. A confirmation email will be sent shortly, and you should receive an acknowledgement within one business day.
