Christmas Australian Geographic store promotion

Vanuatu Tourism Office has partnered with Air Vanuatu and Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu to be the major Christmas promotion in Australian Geographic stores throughout Australia this year. Customers can enter online or in one of the stores to win a week in Vanuatu. Read more.

VTO participates at CITM China

China International Travel Mart (CITM) is the largest professional travel mart in Asia. It has drawn the attention of people in the tourism industry worldwide. Read more.

VTO attends Road Show and WTM This November the SPTO organised a South Pacific Road show to be held just prior to the World Travel Mart in London. This year only National Tourism Offices were invited to attend. The Vanuatu Tourist Office together with Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tahiti and the Cook Islands participated. The events were held in Glasgow, Manchester and London where all South Pacific selling.. Read more .

Le Vanuatu présent au Festival de la Bande Dessinée (BD Folies) de Boulouparis

Par Monsieur Alain Funnel: Le samedi 26 et le dimanche 27 octobre 2013, s'est déroulé le Festival de la Bande Dessinée à Boulouparis (BD Folies) en Nouvelle-Calédonie. Le Vanuatu y était représenté par la présence de la styliste jacqueline FUNEL-MOLKU qui a présenté pour la première fois, dans cette manifestation, sa collection de robes style Vanuatais… Voir plus.

PVWFL acknowledges tourism industry

for sponsoring raffle prizes By PVWFL Executive 2013: The Port Vila Women Football League, an association of women with a passion for soccer and an aim to develop this sports discipline amongst young girls and women in Port Vila, sent a letter requesting assistance with prizes for their first raffle fundraiser last month, and received support from VHRA and VTOA members who have offered prizes to support PVWFL’s raffle fundraiser. The first urban village Tour for Luganville town

The sustainable Health, Education and Cultural Centre in Mango Village, a joint project through Mt Beauty Rotary Club from Victoria, Australia and Santo Rotary Club was handed over to the Mango Community on the 15th June, 2013. The objective of the project was to provide the materials and expert assistance to build a public toilet facility for the community. The available land is located within the vicinity of the village church and due to the need to meet ‘Cultural values’ it was also necessary to build a site screen wall, screening the toilet block from the church and community….
