Work with MSS executive team and with the Students’ Union to enhance students’ MSS club experience. They are also responsible for ensuring the internal growth of the MSS is successful and continuous. Responsibilities: Plan a monthly social activity for general council; Work with president in planning the annual leadership retreat; Organize and chair all general council meetings; Oversee all communications to general council; Oversee recruitment for MSS; Organize rush week for both the fall and spring semesters; Attend monthly clubs council; Facilitate integration of team new members into roles within the organization; Ensure all positions on council are filled; Maintain relationships with the SU through the Management Rep; Oversee the election process; Provide additional assistance to other portfolios as necessary; Work closely with Executive Team in order to realize the goals of the organization; Perform duties assigned by the President; Ensure that MSS is represented in a professional manner at all times.
