• cdpACCESS is an new, online cloud-based tool built exclusively for ICC's code development process
• cdp is the abbreviation for code development process.
• cdpACCESS was once known as remote voting, but it is much more than that.
• All code development will use cdpACCESS, and new improvements and features will be added every cycle

Features and Benefits
• Maintains current governmental consensus process• Allows members to participate in the code development process without travelling (saving time
and money)• Enhances participation at Committee Action Hearings (CAH) and Public Comment Hearings (PCH)
• Three primary features:– Code change proposal collaboration & submission– Public Comment collaboration & submission– Remote voting on assembly motions following the CAH and the Online Governmental
Consensus Vote following the PCH. Both include the ability to view the hearing testimony and related documents

• All proposals for Group C were submitted using cdpACCESS• Total Proposals Submitted: 525• ~10% used collaboration tools to discuss before submission• Public proposals

• All Assembly Motion Votes were done online through cdpACCESS• Motions were made by participants at hearings, then voted on during
the online voting period after the hearings
• Total issues up for vote: 20• Unique Voters: 256• Average Votes Per Voter: 13• 5 Assembly Motions were successful

Group C: Online Governmental Consensus Vote
• Log in to cdpACCESS.com now to check your voter status• Primary Representatives must complete an online questionnaire by
Sept. 1 for Governmental Member Voting Representatives (GMVR) to be to be eligible to vote at this year’s Annual Business Meeting, Public Comment Hearing and Online Governmental Consensus Vote.
• If a GMVR was properly validated for the 2014 Online Assembly Floor Motion, the Primary Representative does not need to re-validate unless there are updates or changes to be made.
• Visit http://www.iccsafe.org/voterdesignation to find information about the process, including links to the online forms.

• If you vote at the hearing, your vote will be recorded and indicated here – no need for further action
• Choose an option, enter your PIN, and vote• PIN only needs to be entered once every 30 min• PIN can be reset online
