Who can register? (Listed in Box 11)
• -students who will be 18 before November 8, 2016.
• -U.S. Citizens
• -Must be a resident of Clark County for 30 days
What NEEDS to be filled out on the Registration
Forms?
BOX 1-Are you a citizen of the United States of America? Will you be 18 years of age on or before Election Day? (If anyone checks “no” to these questions, they cannot complete form.BOX 3- Last name, first name, and middle nameBOX 4-Home addressBOX 6- Birth dateBOX 8- NV Driver’s License or NV ID Card # (If neither, last 4 digits of SSN)BOX 10-Party registrationBOX 11- Signature & Date

By Law, when you retain the applicant's voter registration form, it is mandatory for you to enter your name on the applicant’s receipt
Provide the date, name and/or site location on the receipt when possible
Encourage applicant to keep the receipt until voter registration card is received
What to give to the person who was just registered:
How long do you have until the forms need to be turned in?
Registration forms need to be turned in within 10 days of the date on the form
Who to contact when forms are completed?

-Registration will be extended for 10 days beyond the registration deadline-Applicants may register to vote or update their existing registration in-person at the Election Department or on line for the 10 day extended registration period
