[Standard] The papers will be printed in the conference proceedings. It must be written in English and is intended to respect DIN A4 format. Manuscripts have to be created in MS Word or another convenient editor which delivers results following the format of this file and convertible to a pdf file with Acrobat. Do not protect your file with a password in order to allow formatting changes.

Please use this document as template if you use MS Word. If not, make sure, that the right fonts and sizes are used. The formats are cited in square brackets. [Paper Title] requires Arial size 12 bold, [Headline] Arial size 10 bold, [Subsection] Arial size 10 bold, [Authors] Times New Roman size 8, [Acknowledgement] Times New Roman size 8, [Abstract] Times New Roman size 8, [keywords] Times New Roman size 8, [List] Times New Roman size 10, [Table] Times New Roman size 8, [References] Times New Roman size 10, [caption] Times New Roman size 9 bold and [Standard] Times New Roman size 10. The line spacing is set to 12 pt, the indentation of the heading, subsections, list and references is set to 0,76 and the spacing before the abstract is set to 30pt.

Every page, except the title page, should be numbered. Distinguish even and odd pages: Insert the title of the paper in the left corner of the header and the page number in the left corner of the footer from the even page (switch for the odd pages). The right and left margins are set to 2 cm, the gutter margin to 0,5 cm. The top and bottom margins are set to 2,5 cm.

2 [Headline] Methodology

[Standard] Papers must contain 3000-4000 words, and not extend 10 pages. The manuscript has to follow this struc-ture:

[Standard] Use the APA Style for citations. In case of one author use … (Ferry, 1980).., for works by multiple au-thors use … (Kuntsche & Schneider, 2014) … and for more specific parts of a source use … (Knaack, Klein,Bilow, & Auer, 2014, p. 55) … .

[Standard] The format for references of books (Knaack, Klein, Bilow, & Auer, 2014), journal papers (Kuntsche &Schneider, 2014) and dissertations (accessed online) (Young, 2007) is exemplified in the list of references below [References]. Please sort the list of references in order of appearance. Footnotes should not be used.

[Standard] Simple equations and assignments, like x=0 , may also appear within the text. SI units should be used, i.e., the units based on the meter, kilograms, second, etc. Every formula has to be referred to in the manuscript.

[Standard] Figures and photos have to be labeled as “Fig.” and numbered consecutively. The captions are left aligned, under the picture, using [caption]. Pictures should be in in 600 dpi. Include all figures within the document and upload them supplementary in a separate file. You have the opportunity to include color figures; however, the cost of their reproduction has to be paid by the author . If you want your figures to be printed in greyscales, as shown in Fig. 1 please use no color in the figure because this might lower the quality. Use .tiff format for the pic -tures.

4 [Headline] Results

[Standard] Tables have to be named as “Table” and numbered consecutively. The captions are left aligned, above the table, using [caption], as shown in Table 1. Refer to all of the tables in the text. Each table should have a brief and self-explanatory title. Column headings should be brief, but sufficiently explanatory. Standard abbreviations of units of measurement should be added between parentheses. Vertical lines should not be used to separate columns. Leave some extra space between the columns instead.
