Toll House Chocolate Fondue
2C. Semi—sweet chocolate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine chocolate chips, sweetened
condensed milk, milk, butter, and vanilla in a saucepan. Stir over medium low heat
until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Transfer the mixture to a fondue
pot and keep warm to serve. Makes 3 cups.
Suggestion for dippers:
Strawberries, banana slices (thickly sliced), pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries,
peeled wedges of kiwi fruit, pear or apple slices, cubes of cake, cookies,
marshmallows, dried apricots.
