TANZANIA. BASIC INFORMATION
Population: 51.82 million
Is a presidential constitutional republic
Capital city: Dodoma, where government is located.Dar es Salaam, is the country's largest city, principal port, and leading commercial centre.
Religion: 79.8% Muslim (98% in Zanzibar), 14.2% Christian, 3.2 % follow traditional African religions.
British colony. Independence from the United Kingdom 1961 (Zanzibar 1963). Speak English, drive on the left.
Swahili and English are Tanzania's official languages.
Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain, is in northeastern Tanzania.

1st floor: ward (men, women and paediatric). 6 beds each.
2nd floor: theater (2), recovery, warehouse.
CT scan: local hospital. MRI: Dar es salaam.
