Knife Grade Tixo Transparent EX is a high viscosity polyester adhesive used to vertically or horizontally repair, rebuild, bond, and fill. Knife Grade Tixo Transparent EX is very smooth in consistency and will cure shiny, is very polishable and colors easily to match the stone. It cures fast and bonds extremely strong. Not suitable for temperatures below 32°.

Knife Grade Titanium is the latest Vinyl Ester technology. Very light in color, Titanium does not darken after cure, is stronger than a polyester adhesive with faster reaction times. Exceptional strength for cnc and line machine use right after cure. Titanium is superb on white and light colored marble, quartz, and quartzite materials. Takes color very well for darker stones. Titanium is ideal for seaming, laminations, miter cuts, chip repair on all granite, marbles, quartz, and quartzite materials. Excellent for indoor applications and outdoor applications that stay above freezing

The EZ Sticky Stuff Dispenser is designed to work with the Tenax StrongEdge and StrongEdge Express epoxy glue. with a 2:1 mix ratio preset, the EZ Dispenser will provide the correct epoxy ratio. AGER REMOVER

Suitable for color enhancing all types of marbles, travertines, stones, granites and agglomerates. Used to obtain a “wet” effect both for indoor and outdoor application. Perfect for bringing out a deep rich color in stone. Works excellent for matching the edge of the stone with the surface polish. May be applied on polished, flamed, rough or sanded surfaces. The product does not change color when exposed to the sun. Ager works as both a stone color enhancer AND a premium grade high quality sealer.

We suggest the application of Ager Tiger on the edge of resined granites, particularly exotic stones, when it is necessary to match the color between the resin treated top and the untreated edge. It is also suitable for aging marbles, travertines, stones, granites, and agglomerates when the surface is very porous. AGER TIGER is also a fantastic sealer against oil, graffiti, and household stains.

Hydrex is a penetrating sealer that prevents liquids (stains) from penetrating into the material through its micro-porosities. Hydrex allows the stone to breathe to maintain its natural characteristics. It is especially affective on polished granite and polished marbles. Hydrex operates on the surface of materials.

Glydex is an anti-stain, water and oil proof sealer for granite, marble and similar stone. Glydex is completely free of organic solvent. Glydex operates on the surface of the stone. Glydex fills the microporosities of the stone to prevent liquids from penetrating the material yet remains permeable to vapours, allowing the stone to breathe and keep the characteristics of the stone unchanged.

Tenax Quartz Toner is a surface treatment that can be used to enhance Quartz, Engineered, and agglomerate stones. Perfect for bringing out a deep rich color in quartz and engineered stone. Works excellent for matching the edge of the stone with the surface polish. May be applied on polished, flamed, rough, sanded, honed, and brushed finishes. Works well to disguise small scratches. Quartz Toner is also suitable to protect surfaces against oil and water. Quartz Toner works as both a stone color enhancer AND a premium grade high quality sealer. Excellent for counter tops because it is approved for food contact in compliance with the European rule 90/128 ECC.

Tenax Quartz Shield is a sealer developed for quartz surfaces. Typically when the “legacy” quartz surfaces are brand new they don’t require a surface treatment to prevent stains. After a prolonged use in a kitchen though some microporosity might develop and quartz shield is then indicated to prevent stains and oil absorption. Also not all the quartz surfaces comes from legacy “bretonstone” manufacturers. Some of these other manufacturers achieve a less stain proof surface, thus needing a surface treatment right away. Tenax Quartz Shield is water based, very low VOC and is approved by the EC for food contact. Always test the material on an hidden part of the countertop before applying it, to make sure the surface has obtained the required sealed effect.

The labor and time savings with not having to clean and grind each rod is more than enough to offset the costs of the fiberglass rodding. Fiberglass rodding is one of the strongest materials that can be used to increase load tolerance and deflection up to 1600%! Fiberglass rodding greatly increases safety. If a piece of stone breaks during an install with fiberglass rodding, the stone stays intact. Therefore no employees are injured nor any damages to the floor will need to be repaired. No waste! Comes in 100 ft and 3 foot rolls. May be used on arches, round tables, or any special application that needs strength or reinforcement.

Fiberflass matting is designed for thin slabs and fragile stones that break easily, such as marble, onyx, etc. Tenax fiberglass mesh is designed in 1/4” squares and come in different widths to match stone applications. For extra strength add fiberglass mesh suggested by the Marble Institute of America to create the ultimate support! Used by quarriers around the world, now available for fabricator use.
