March Madness week brought out the team spirit in us all and left the campers wanting more, We represented the college teams of Villanova, Michigan, Loyola, and Kansas in the final four. On Monday, our travel campers enjoyed the Club Getaway over-night, 3rd through 5th graders went to off– campus electives that were out of sight. Boating, fishing, and Microsoft too, Bowling was a blast, and there was so much to do! Liberty Science Center, the State Theatre, and Jersey Freeze were super cool. We can’t wait for Water Fun Day to have loads of fun in the pool! Next week, we welcome 1st through 4th grade parents for a special late night. Some of our campers will perform in the spotlight. Don’t forget to check the calendar for special events to see what your kids will do each day, Join us for an afternoon of pools and camp activities on Sunday, July 22nd for Family Fun Day. If your child is not currently enrolled for the full 8 weeks and you would like to extend, Please fill out the form so their ILDC experience does not end! March Madness was Awesome with a capital ‘A’ … We had a week of Diaper Dandies and PTP’ers…it was

absolutely crazy!!! The Final 4 competition was outa sight…

Loyola, Michigan, Kansas and Villanova all put up a good fight. But in the end when the confetti settled softly to the ground…

We were friends again… with smiles all around. Looking ahead, let’s take a peek…It’s Sci Fi fun all next week.

During March Madness everyone had a ball, Our campers had a blast with activities for one and all. Our week ended with our Final Four Competition, Everyone was filled with excitement as we created a new tradition. Next week be prepared for an alien invasion, We'll have Close Encounters of the Ivy League Persuasion.

We cannot believe week #3 is already done, American has been having sooo much fun! The Final Four Competition was such a blast, We played, cheered, and ran super fast! Basketball and duck, duck, goose are some things we love to play, Especially flipping and jumping at gymnastics each Friday! Our group loves to sing and dance to the beat, Also splashing in the frog pool where we cool off from the heat! American is always cheerful and smiling a ton, We are excited to have even more BIG LEAGUE FUN! Xoxo, The American Counselors

Our Preppy 2 group is having a ball!

Playing and swimming and loving it all.

They love arts and crafts and cooking

delicious treats,

In gymnastics and bumper boats they

are doing great feats.

So on with the summer of cuteness and

Syracuse

"The Little Syracuties" are having so much fun, it is

such a blast playing in the sun! Our 'little mermaids' in the pool splash around,

it's wonderful to see so many smiles and hear laughter sounds!

It’s March Madness Week at camp

It’s cool to play sports, as we are all champs! From ivy spa, cooking or music too,

each day brings something brand new! We love gymnastics, ivy town, arts & crafts and

imagination, we are sure to make beautiful creations! We are so excited for more enjoyable times with the

Syracuse girls, stay tuned for more big league fun!!!

We can’t believe it passed us so fast! From soccer and gaga and boxball

Down to the pools, The Harvard boys like keeping it cool!

At Ivy League Week # 4

Columbia

The kids in Columbia are having the

best summer ever! From Super Hero

Training to the Final Four Tournament,

the fun never ends! We really enjoy

making awesome treats like Oreo fluff in

cooking and making cool projects at arts

and crafts! Our group absolutely loves to

play baseball, soccer, hockey, and

playing in the pool! We can’t wait to see

what the rest of the summer holds!!!

COLUMBIA LOVES IVY LEAGUE!

Travel

Do you feel like sometimes you want to “Getaway”? Do you feel like you need to

“Escape” the stress of homework and teachers? Well that’s what we did in travel this

week! Travel went on our overnight to Club Get-

away in Connecticut! We zip lined, rope coursed, and s’mored our way to happiness.

Then Thursday we tried to make a break for it at the Escape Room because we

wanted to work on our tan at the beach!

Campers will also visit Music and Performing Arts throughout the summer!

Wacky Science with STEM seems to be a hit with every group

here at ILDC!! We had an explosive time during week one with

some really cool experiments (i.e. mentosgeysers, elephant

toothpaste and baking soda bottle rockets)!! Week two, the

Superheroes came alive with SLIME....Iron Man color

changing slime, Spidey Sense Slime with spiders and lots more!

Coming up in the next few weeks are more exciting and hands

on science fun projects with Jamie!!

ALL ABOUT THE IVY LEAGUE SWIM BANDS

Blue “Starfish” Band — All campers receive a blue band. This band grants free swim access to the

frog pool.

Orange “Marlin” Band — Campers receive this band when they independently jump into 5 ft of water

and swim to the opposite side of the slide pool without assistance, which is approximately 15 feet to

swim. This band grants free swim access to the slide pool which is 3-5ft deep and has 2 swirly slides.

Green “Dolphin” Band — Campers receive this band when they swim 25 meters across the Olympic

pool without assistance. This band grants free swim access to the Olympic pool.

Yellow “Shark” Band — Campers receive this band when they jump into 12 ft of water and tread with

their head above water for 30 seconds without assistance. This band grants free swim access to the

“BIG GREEN SLIDE”.

Rainbow “Orca” Band — When a camper receive all 3 proceeding bands (orange, green, and yellow),

they get a rainbow band for having completed every swim test here at Ivy League! This grants full

access to all 4 pools during free swim!

Private Swim Instruction AFTER CAMP HOURS

After Camp Private Swim Lessons are $40 per lesson with
