To maintain your product properly, wash regularly with car wash detergent, hose off & chamois dry. Stubborn grime can be removed with kerosene.

• Do not use any other mounting location / method other than described in this instruction.

• It is advisable to seek assistance of another person when installing this product.

• Do not repair or modify the product and / or its mounting bracket in any way - repair or modification may effect proper operation of the airbag resulting in serious injury.

STEP 1

CLEAN INSTALLATION AREA & STOCKTAKE OF PARTS

Clean & dry the installation area. Repeat process on the other side of the vehicle.

Check supplied parts and fasteners against Parts List, before commencing fitment.

INSTALL RHS FRONT BRACKET

Feed T-Bolt item # 10 into the pre-existing larger hole in chassis, with threads protruding as shown.

Offer Bracket to the threads, hand tighten with M10 Flange Nuts.

INSTALL RHS MIDDLE AND REAR BRACKETS

Repeat step 10 using:Bom Part # 9 for Middle BracketBom Part # 8 for Rear BracketSecure Brackets with the 4X M10 Flange Nuts.

STEP 4

INSTALL SIDE STEP EXTRUSION

STEP 5

Install the side step by lining up the pre-installed M8 square head bolts into the holes on the three mounting brackets. Hand Tighten Only.

STEP 6TIGHTEN MOUNTING BRACKET FASTENERS

Secure the side step by fastening the 6x M10 Flange nuts.

Torque to 35Nm.

STEP 7TIGHTEN SIDE STEP FASTENERS

Secure the side step extrusion by fastening the 6x M8 square head bolts on each side of the vehicle.

Torque to 22Nm.

STEP 8INSTALL LHS SIDE STEP

Install the LHS side step by repeating steps 3 – 7 on the LHS of the vehicle.
