Let us hope that with this new initiative, Big Boost to the company business will follow in the coming days.It is seen that at some branches the haltage of Trucks has become a problem. This is deleterious for the overall Health of our business. It becomes important for all to ensure immdiate unloading of trucks after their arrival. This will not only resolve the problem of Haltage of Trucks but will also help in immediate deliveries.

OCM is one of the important document attached with JSTS of Co. Trucks to get correct information as under:-l Actual date & time of departure from base Station &

Actual date & time of arrival at destination of Co. Trucks. Timing must be in Railway Timing or am/pm.

l Opening km run & closing km run of Co. Truck.l Correct local running of Co. Truck for any Door

Delivery & Door Collection.l Detention hrs of truck at any station with proper

reason.But it has been noticed that no official is filling correct information on OCMs.All NRL / D2D stations are requested to fill correct informations on OCMs in future.There should be proper signature with full name of official with ID No. on OCM.NFU base incharges should check OCMs properly at the end of each trip.

We are pleased to inform that new D2D Service ALD-BLR-ALD with company vehicle has been started.

This service will take 80 hrs from ALD-BLR & BLR-ALD & will help in prompt & on time clearance / delivery of South bound goods.

All Mgr's / I/Cs are advised to make all out efforts for booking for above said service & also try to send Recommendatory letters to D2D BLR so that your incoming & outgoing business is increased.

Please do intensive / rigorous marketing for above service so that vehicle is despached with maximum load & to make this service a grand service. With running of this service we are hopeful that booking of D2D will Substantially increase.

Heal the Wheel Service camp was organized at ALD by JK Tyres & Industries Ltd on 26.04.13 for our drivers to provide guidance and practical training about the tyres which is a major utility in transport organization. 10 - 15 drivers participated and they were advised on how to care their tyres to preserve the quality and performance.

It was also attended by Special invitees Mr. Arjun Kochhar, Mr. Vinod Kumar SCM ALD and Mr. Shukla Mgr NFU. After the training, the drivers were given Caps and Key rings as gifts from JK Tyres & Industries Ltd.

NED UPDATE 50th year Celebration

Our Company is completing 49 years of its establishment on 18 July 2013. So we are entering into 50th year.
