    CONNECT WITH YOUR TEAM

l Be a good listener. Take the time to identify customer needs by asking questions and concentrating on what the customer is really saying. Listen to their words, tone of voice, body language, and most importantly, how they feel. Beware of making assumptions - thinking you intuitively know what the customer wants. Do you know what three things are most important to your customer.

l Effective listening and undivided attention are particularly important on the show floor where there is a great danger of preoccupation - looking around to see to whom else we could be selling to.

  • SCORPIO:-

Even the toughest of Scorpios has intense feelings that run deep. Whatever you do, things won`t go according to plan. Accept that and you`ve overcome your biggest obstacle. Circumstances around you and your own life are in transition. Consequently, seemingly minor changes are part of a larger pattern that will be revealed when Saturn,

planet of focus, moves into Scorpio in early October. Until then, ensure both arrangements and your thinking are flexible.

Mars will be moving through your sign all month to bring energy and focus. You'll be active and busy as well as eager to get going on new projects. Don't hesitate to sell yourself and be proactive. Mercury and the Sun will bring productive meetings and engaging conversations with friends and associates for most of the month.

A soldier serving overseas and far from home was very bitter and terribly upset when his girl wrote that she was breaking off their engagement and wanted her photograph back.

Being a sort of creative fellow, he went out and collected all the unwanted photographs that he could find from his buddies, bundled them all together and sent them to her with a note stating the following:

Dear Mary,Regret cannot remember which one of these is of you... please keep your photo and return the others.

FOR GOOD HEALTH5. Balance your food choices - don't eat too much of any one thing. You don't have to give up foods like hamburgers, french fries and ice cream to eat healthy. You just have to be smart about how often and how much of them you eat. Your body needs nutrients like protein, carbohydrates, fat and many different vitamins and minerals such as vitamins C and A, iron and calcium from a variety of foods. Balancing food choices from the Food Guide Pyramid and checking out the Nutrition Facts Panel on food labels will help you get all these nutrients.6. Get fit with friends or family.Being active is much more fun with friends or family. Encourage others to join you and plan one special physical activity event, like a bike ride or hiking, with a group each week.7. Eat more grains, fruits and vegetables. These foods give you carbohydrates for energy, plus vitamins, minerals and fiber. Besides, they taste good! Try breads such as whole-wheat, bagels and pita. Spaghetti and oatmeal are also in the grain group. Bananas, strawberries and melons are some great tasting fruits. Try vegetables raw, on a sandwich or salad.
