Spring 2018 Rally
April 7th, 2018
Proudly held in Vienna Hall, Allentown, PA
Greetings,
BRING YOUR CANDIDATES! It’s that time of the year to start getting your plans made for the Spring Rally! Most of the format will remain the same. The location is 118 N. 9th Street, Allentown. **Parking is available directly behind the Lodge Hall or on the street in front of the Hall. The vacant parking lot being used in prior years is not occupied, so come early and get parking along the street! DO NOT park in the church parking lot next to the Hall.** There are roughly 12 steps to the elevator, but there will be members out to assist if needed. There will be a registration of $1.00 per person attending, including candidates. Proceeds will go to Vienna Lodge #847 to help defray expenses. A lunch, hosted by Lady Harmony Rebekah Lodge #86, will be served at 12:30 for $8.00.
Lodge will open at 9:00AM Initiatory Degree – 9:30AM 1st Degree – 11:00AM Lunch – 12:30 GL Degree – 1:30PM 2nd Degree – 1:45PM 3rd Degree – 3:00PM 3:45PM Introduction of Dignitaries & Closing the Lodge. Please, even if you do not have any candidates, support this by attending. I am fortunate enough to
have several degree teams come forth, but as we know, there are always a few parts that need to be filled. If you are willing to help, please get in contact with me as soon as possible. The better we as a Jurisdiction look, the more impressed the candidates will be. Also, do not forget your “Request for Degree” slips. If your Lodge does not have any, they are available at the Grand Lodge office. Try and get there earlier so we can get the candidates signed in and start on time. If you have any questions, concerns or comments, please feel free to call me at 570-449-5617 or email at [email protected] and I’ll be more than glad to work with you! Fraternally, Justin C. Bailey, Grand Secretary
