Our esteemed readers will be glad to know that a Federa�on under the

name and style of “Noida Federa�on of Apartment Owners Associa�ons”

(NOFAA, for short) has been formed for the en�re District Gautam Budh

Nagar in compliance to the statutory requirements under U.P. Apartment

Act, 2010 and Model Bye-Laws framed therein. It has been duly registered thby Deputy Registrar , Socie�es, Firms and Chits , Meerut on 10 November

2017. It is mandatory for Apartment Owners Associa�ons (AOAs) to

become Members of Federa�on of Apartment Owners Associa�ons.

Clause 48 of Model Bye-Laws which is self- explanatory is reproduced

below:“Affilia�on – The Associa�on shall become a Member of a

SPREADING AWARENESS ABOUT - THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005

The Right to Informa�on Act (RTI) gives a right to ci�zens of India to obtain an

already exis�ng informa�on from any Ministry (Central or State Govt),

Government Department/office, or any public authority/ organiza�on

substan�ally financed by funds provided by the government directly or

indirectly, on payment of a small fee of Rs 10 (by Indian Postal order, DD or

Banker's cheque). The applica�on may be addressed to the Chief Public

Informa�on officer of the concerned Ministry/Dept/office/organiza�on etc. If

the name and designa�on of the concerned officer is not known to him. Law

does not require the applicant to state the reasons for seeking informa�on.

There is no prescribed form of applica�on. The form of applica�on as available

on the website of the Ministry of External Affairs for persons seeking

informa�on about Passport under the RTI Act may be adopted for submi�ng an

applica�on under the Act (I have used the said format for my RTI applica�ons).

The applica�on is en�tled to receive the informa�on within 30 days from the

date of receipt of his applica�on failing which the Appellate Authority, on an

appeal, may impose a fine up to Rs. 25,000 on the person responsible for the

delay. There is also a provision for second Appeal before Central Informa�on

Commission or the State Informa�on Commission as the case may be. No fee is st ndpayable for 1 and 2 appeal.

The readers may please note that the public authority under the RTI Act is not

supposed to create any new informa�on or to interpret informa�on or to solve

the problem(s) raised by the applicant.

To embrace a deeper learning landscape, educators must work together to make digital pedagogy appealing and easily accessible to students. With rapid growth of digital technology in every sphere of our lives, we are today witnessing digital learning innova�on at work, but haphazardly — o�en driven by circumstances rather than as part of a planned strategy. Digital revolu�on in educa�on is already happening – it is no longer a ques�on of IF or WHEN, but HOW?Digital learning technologies can enable students to grasp concepts more quickly and fully, to connect theory and applica�on more adeptly, and to engage in learning more readily, while also improving instruc�onal techniques, leveraging instructor �me, and faci l i ta�ng the widespread sharing of knowledge. Digital technologies have enabled this in new and be�er ways and created possibili�es beyond the limits of our current imagina�on. A three-dimensional visualiza�on of the Atomic structure helps a high school Physics student understand quantum mechanics far be�er that how we could understand these concepts a couple of decades back. The power of digital technology which helps in genera�ng 3D models of the Atomic structure or the molecular DNA can be a very effec�ve educa�onal aid in learning for students. But students need to go one step further to learn how these technologies work and can be made to work. Most of our students today know how to search in Google, word process a document on Desktop PC and download apps for their Smartphones, but have no understanding of the inner workings of these services. This is, above all, an issue of educa�on and training. Understanding modern compu�ng means far more than typing at a desktop machine or picking up mail on a smartphone. Whether we're mee�ng friends, reading books, checking our bank balances or

It is an opportunity for us to redefine what role computer technologies can, and should, play in the 21st-century. Building a new syllabus truly fit for the 21st-century means having a robust intellectual or organisa�onal framework for what precisely the future of informa�on technology teaching should cons�tute. It also means not being afra id to learn lessons f rom other fields: incorpora�ng and building upon social media services rather than excluding them, and bridging the divide between the perceived fun and relevance of leisure technologies and so-called "educa�onal" tools. Recent ini�a�ves such as websites (like Codeacademy) that offer free interac�ve coding lessons online – have started to show the way, but li�le as yet has been done within formal educa�on. Ul�mately, as anyone who has worked in educa�on knows, fine inten�ons count for li�le without the human resources to back them. In this sense, bringing technological innova�on and best prac�ce to the classroom is much like the art of building a successful syllabus: the result should set good teachers free to teach, and enable the best possible use to be made of their �me and a�en�on. The 20 towers of Prateek wisteria is located in sector 77, Noida, is a big apartment complex that houses about 5000 plus families. Prateek wisteria was built by Prateek group and currently occupancy is 95%. We are facing major challenges to take the handover from the builder. Builder is delaying the handover and not ready to complete the pending work in all areas m a i n l y c i v i l , p l u m b i n g , b a s e m e nt resurfacing, hor�culture. They have started reducing the manpower in Maintenance, housekeeping, security which impacts overall services of the society which is huge to maintain. Builder is not ready to give our IFMS amount in one �me. The deficiencies in daily maintenance services forced AOA to complaint to CEO. Noida Authority as well as

to ACEO and OSD. Copy also sent to DM and UP Govt. secretary, urban Development principle Secretary.To make our society clean or hygiene, Maintenance provides us 2 Garbage bags each month to each occupied flats. The flats are not segrega�ng the waste as of now SVM Company collects waste, from door to door and floor to floor, In garbage bag organic waste processing by OWC. Nonorganic waste will be taken away for further processing by SVM. Processed compost use in hor�culture to maintain greenery of our society.

All Tower has their own whats app groups so social media plays a major role in connec�ng the Tower Residents. Social media is very useful for reaching out quickly. It has been used by AOA to create awareness for various issues such as wrong side driving, save water, fire safety, respect food, donate a smile for collec�on of old clothes etc. The life is simple and peaceful with family like environment. Tenants are also very happy as fully occupied society and facili�es are quite good compared to nearby socie�es. Overall, Few day Prateek wisteria is very happening society with Ac�ve and enthusias�c residents. Time to �me various sports Tournaments are conducted to build sportsmanship in our kids as well as residents. We have conducted Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, lawn Tennis Tournaments in past. As AOA we are trying to work for welfare of residents daily. We are managing the daily issues and also ge�ng pending work done by Builder before complete handover. Many facili�es which were not func�onal have been rec�fied and repaired. We also �me and again conduct health as well as other camps, workshops, events for our residents welfare. For the security concern builder claims we have 3 �er security but some�mes only 2 or non works. The intercom facility at main gate with tower guards is available for all including visitors, vendors and goods delivery. Manual entry of maid is done each �me they enter society. Gate pass is issues to them as iden�ty card. Vendors and permission for workers for private work is also given by maintenance with dura�on of �mes. CCTV at all 20 towers lobby and in all 40 li�s. 360 degree CCTV around common area around the boundaries. Boom barrier entry and exit is opera�onal. Though as promised builder has not been able to provide the access card for entry to commercial area Prateek walk to safeguard us more. We have been demanding from last 4 years. We have fire alarm panel working in all floors and improve lot in that. Prateek wisteria loves to celebrate all the fes�val.The celebra�on of Independence Day and Republic Day is done by AOA .We also have Puja sami�es who conduct Ganpa� Puja, Durga Pooja, Saraswa� Pooja, Laxmi Pooja, Bengali new year, Navratri, Janmashtami, Gurupurab, Bhajan Sandhya, very smoothly along with Ramleela by kids from last 2 years. Holi and Diwali also celebrated along with Teej and Karvachauth with great enthusiasm and love.The sharing and caring a�tude makes this society great. We also have Prateek wisteria Ladies Club from last 1 year. Every month more than 70-80 Ladies meet and enjoy one day with different themes such as Sports day celebra�ons, picnic, movie �me, indoor games �me, recipe contest, birthday celebra�ons, dress code to have one day for fun and enjoyment along with lunch. We should work together to maintain peace and harmony in society. Respect our Assets and ameni�es given by Builder .We should work towards saving water, maintaining Greenery and cleanliness.Moreover , as AOA vision is welfare of residents and quick handover to improve the daily Maintenance.

NOIDA TAKES AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT

Skies of Noida soon shall be zooming with speed of Mach. The Noidaites can be proud to be in the neighborhood of a State of the art Interna�onal airport listed on the world map. It will not only make Noida abuzz with ac�vity but will give a drama�c boost to the economy of the district. Lucky are those who already have a dwelling in the twin ci�es of Noida and Greater Noida. The real estate has already started moving north with the demand shoo�ng up. Any commercial ac�vity as significant as a commercial des�na�on with interna�onal traffic is acts as a revenue spinner, witnessing growth of retail outlets, entertainment zones, schools, restaurants , hote ls and inns wi thout compromising on the quality due to the unyielding standards of the customers. The raising of an airport next door naturally enhances the infrastructure of commuta�on including the quality of roads, availability of electricity, modes of commuta�on like rail, metros etc. mee�ng the interna�onal standards. All departments and organiza�ons responsible for providing services will have to upgrade to match the interna�onal benchmarks with no scope to fail. Any development of such magnitude shoots up the literacy level, thus the

employability which in turn takes up the spending power of the popula�on. Noida though already an Industrial and IT hub for many interna�onal manufacturers yet the advent of an airport of interna�onal importance will make it pulsa�ng 24x7.Suddenly we will see the administra�on and the stoic police ge�ng alert, as no interna�onal des�na�on by any means can be as lamely insecure as today. The surroundings will have to be crime proof with zero tolerance. Inspite of being next to the Na�onal capital of India the Noida Authority has been able to make Noida 'the neighbors envy' holding the high standards of living with undaunted exponen�al growth year on year due to regular investment into crea�ng the infrastructure and facili�es in �me. Today Noida is one of the most sought a�er hub, be it residen�al for young and old, industries or any so�ware company. Leading MNCs are shi�ing their Head quarters into Noida only because of the Noida authority making it a blue eyed baby for the government to be awarded the pres�gious status of an Interna�onal Airport. It's a happy moment for Noida and its residents. Lets' raise our flags to be chosen as the interna�onal des�na�on by 2023. Happy Arrival and Departures!!
