up as your main phone line, other line appearances, or

speed dials)

Navigation button – use ▲▼ arrows toscroll through options on screen to

select items

[DIRECTORIES] button – View ‘Missed Calls,’

‘Received Calls,’ ‘Placed Calls,’ and access Penn StateDirectory to search for PSU phone numbers

[MESSAGES] button – access your voicemail

messages using your phone, set up your

password and record or change your

voicemail greeting, etc.

[SERVICES] button – Access other phone services(Fast Dials (address-book feature-can be set up via

web)

[SETTINGS] button – Set your ‘ring’ type, change

contrast of LCD screen, etc.

headset, set phone to mute, use
