Fill in all the gaps, then press "Check" to check your answers. Tea is one of the richest natural sources of antioxidants available today. In fact, recently, the
Antioxidant Research Centre in London (1) (establish) that the concentration of antioxidants in two cups of tea is equal to the amount of antioxidants in seven glasses of orange juice and twenty glasses of apple juice! In order to maximise the health benefits of the
antioxidants found in tea, researchers (2) (recommend) a daily consumption of at least
5 to 6 cups, spread throughout the day. The main source of antioxidant activity in tea (3) (be) polyphenols, in particular, a group known as flavonoids which are also found in fruits and vegetables (polyphenols are also responsible for the astringent taste of tea). The beverage also
(4) (contain) other antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E and beta carotene or vitamin A. It is worth noting that 85% of the antioxidants contained in a single tea bag are released within 3 – 5 minutes of brewing.
Findings also (5) (suggest) that a small amount of milk added to tea enhances its antioxidant properties while too much milk will dilute it. It is recommended that the amount of milk added should be 2% - 10% of the volume of the tea. One should be cautious of tea that (6)
(have) artificial colouring and flavouring, which can be carcinogenic.
As part of the Company’s policy to produce only high quality tea, BOH tea (7) (not, contain) any form of artificial colouring or flavouring. Here in Malaysia, tea is more than
just a drink. Tea both (8) (create) and complements the social situation whether it is a meeting of friends, a family get-together or a corporate appointment. At the same time, tea is a beverage that transcends creed or culture. Regardless of favourite
football teams, political opinions or religious beliefs, Malaysians (9) (be) sure to find common ground when it comes to having a cup of tea. This is the essence of this simple yet great-tasting brew. Whether ‘tarik’ and frothy, ice-cold with a squeeze of lime or steaming and
fragrant, tea (10) (bring) people together. BOH understands this unique feature better than anyone. After all, BOH is today the nation’s leading brand.

Fill in all the gaps, then press "Check" to check your answers. The story of BOH begins in 1890 when seven-year-old J.A. Russell arrived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaya with his father. At that time, the capital was a mixture of tin miners' shanties, houses built by Chinese immigrants and palatial new buildings designed by British government
architects. J.A. was educated in England, but upon his return to Malaya, he a) (begin) his career in the Straits Trading Company where he became fluent in as many as 5 Chinese dialects
as well as Bahasa Melayu. This, together with his close contacts with wealthy Chinese tin-
miners, b) (pave) the way for his investment in the country's flourishing mining industry. In partnership with his brothers Philip, Donald and Robert, J.A. soon started diversifying his
business interests. In 1908, he c) (venture) into the rubber industry, which was then still in its infancy. He was also involved in the construction business and, together with Philip, d)
(build) the Kuala Lumpur railway station. In 1913, J.A transacted one of the most remarkable business deals in his career where he e)
(acquire) almost a third of the town of Ipoh. Around the same time, he established a colliery at Batu Arang in Selangor. In this venture, he was assisted by his brother Donald, a
mining engineer trained at the Colorado School of Mines. Their foresight and initiative f) (help) to transform this jungle area into a thriving industrial centre just 25 km from Kuala Lumpur. But it was his business venture in 1929 that had left an indelible mark on the country. J.A. g)
(see) the potential of tea as an important crop for Malaya which until that time had been substantially dependent upon rubber and tin. Together with A.B. Milne, a veteran tea planter
from Ceylon, he h) (apply) for a land and was granted a concession of land in Cameron Highlands. Equipped with a single steamroller, some labourers and several mules, they proceeded to transform steep virgin jungle slopes into the tea garden we now know as Boh, the first highland
tea garden in the country. Thus, BOH Plantations, the current market leader for tea, i) (be) born. J.A. Russell was a scholarly yet dynamic person. When he died in 1933 at the early age of 50, the obituary carried by The Malay Mail, the local English language newspaper, aptly j)
(describe) his life in Malaya: 'His whole career has been a business romance of such magnitude that it cannot be compared with the achievements of any other European in Malaya – past or present.’

Everyone in my village knows my mother, Fatimah Binti Mat Zain, because she used to run a small grocery shop in front of my school. Every time anyone (0) ran (run) out of cooking gas, he
or she would call her and she would send it over, rain or shine.
I a) (be) a good student even as a child and I never understood why my mother would cry every time I brought back my results. Now that I’m older, I can see that those were probably tears of pride, as well as fear. While she was proud of my achievements, I guess she also b)
(know) that she would have to work very hard to help me realise my dreams.Enterprising and conscientious, she opened a small cyber café with ten desktop computers in our home to earn more money. At noon, she would sell goreng pisang (banana fritters) and at 7 pm every night, she would head out to a hotel in town to do clerical work till past midnight.
When she came home late and found that I c) (still, do) my homework, she would stay up with me until I went to bed to keep me company, reciting prayers or doing household
chores. When I went to boarding school in my teenage years, there d) (be) times when I would call her to request for money to pay my school fees or expenses. She would rush over as soon as she could, hot and sweaty from frying bananas, to hand me the money. When I e)
(apologise) for troubling her, she would tell me that money can be sought and that I must study hard so as not to disappoint her.
Her sacrifices really f) (touch) me and I am even more determined to do well in life so
that I can take care of her in her old age. I g) (now, study) dentistry in a renowned university in Medan, Indonesia, thanks to my mother’s constant motivation and support. Hence, I
promised myself that I h) (not, disappoint) her.
Mum has taught me the true meaning of life. She i) (always, be) in my thoughts and
prayers although I j) (never, tell) her how much I love her. In my heart and mind, my mum is a Supermum because I would not be who I am today without her.

Note that you will lose points if you ask for hints or clues!Recall your memories of Tun Hussein Onn as portrayed in the media or the history books – do you remember a well-liked but mild mannered man? Would you be surprised to hear he was far from that image? Zainah Anwar was. While she 0) was busy developing (busy, develop) the
NGO of which she was the founding executive director, Sisters in Islam, for more than a decade, Zainah was also researching a book that she had been asked to write on a prominent Johor family and its three generations of politically influential leaders. That was when she came across a
former prime minister she a) (not, recognize).Of the book, Legacy of Honour, Zainah says, “It’s really about honouring Hussein,” adding, “it
is there in the newspaper cuttings, but no one highlights it. “He was really blunt and b) (have) strong opinions. The image we have of him is that he was mild-mannered, weak and
indecisive, so when I read through the papers, I thought this c) (not, be) him. He came across as a strong man, and the press never captured that. “The Fourth Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir spoke in headlines. Hussein didn’t speak in headlines. But he spoke of corruption as
early as 1974, he d) (see) it and highlighted it. He didn’t care about the political consequences of his actions. If someone violated the office, was corrupt, he wanted to uphold the rule of law.”
After going through this book, I feel that if there e) (be) one modern historical figure, that throughout the years, our written history has been less than kind to, whose character far exceeds
in measure the public’s opinion of him, it would be Tun Hussein Onn. The book f) (set) out not only to paint a true picture of Hussein but also of his illustrious grandfather and father
respectively, Datuk Ja’afar Mohamed, who g) (be) the first Mentri Besar of Johor, and Datuk Onn Ja’afar, the founder and first president of Umno. The lavishly illustrated book h)
(cover) the political and private lives of these men who helped shape the history of this nation. The book was funded by the Noah Foundation because it wanted to preserve for posterity the contributions of this prominent family, and also because, says foundation chairman Datin Paduka Dr Faridah Datuk Abdullah, it was felt that there should be a better record of Hussein’s tenure in office. “We felt that his term as prime minister had been glossed over, his contribution to the country forgotten, and we wanted a more accurate portrayal of him,” said Dr Faridah in a phone interview on Wednesday.
The book i) (be) recently, by Hussein’s son, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein and proceeds from its sales will be g to charity. Just as importantly,
though, Dr Faridah hopes the book (j) (keep) doing good far into the future by inspiring the next generation of leaders.

The Little Boy and Girl in the Cloud
The story that I listened is the “Little Boy And Girl In The Cloud” is the interesting story. In this story, I think we should always give a good effort or good try when we do something. Such as when we’re triying to help others, we didin’t give up until we achieve the goal at the end. We are also can't make others felling down like The Lion do to the Worm. We shoud give them a strong spirit for them to do better. In this story also, I really impressed with the Worm attitude, where He have a big spirit even its had a small size then other animal at there. He also not threatened by the Lion while the Lion try to make its feel down. In conclusion, We must be patience when do something, because with it, we can achieve the true goal at the end even it will take a long time. I never thought that the Worm will get to the top because he is so small, but it's already change after he did it. In addition, we never know until we try it and give other the same changes, so they can prove that they have that ability. It didn’t mean when we have the small physical, we were week and when they big they strong and great like the Lion. You also must know, where the different person born with the different ability ,and we must agree with that.
