The Yellow Cab Ctrnpany has asked the Pennsylvania P u b l i c Utility Comm'ision's approval of a post­war plan to operate helicopters in Allegheny County as common carrier. The air taxis would operate between the airport and downtown Pittsburgh and in other aectors within the county, officials said.

theory to account for most of the flower colors, particularly the reds and blues and their varia­tions, was advanced today by a professor emeritus of physical chemistry at Cornell. He is Dr. Wilmer D.
