Así, dos de los lugares más solicitados en este rubro son Guanajuato y San Miguel de Allende: Durante 2015 y lo que ha transcurrido de 2016, en ambas ciudades han sido celebrados cerca de 750 enlaces nupciales; el 70% son visitantes nacionales y el 30% son viajeros provenientes de Suiza, Holanda, España, Australia y Estados Unidos. El congreso es avalado por el Consejo de Promoción Turística de México y por la Secretaría de Turismo federal, y la sede fue otorgada a Zacatecas por México Wed y ABC -la consultora nupcial más importante del segmento de romance en el Continente Americano- al ser una de las mejores alternativas en México para los enlaces matrimoniales.

From July 12-16 2016, Zacatecas will welcome more than 500 exposers from the wedding industry, from 12 different countries, to show their products in the 6th Latin-American Wedding and Special Event ABC Congress. The congress is approved by the Mexican Tourist Promotion Council and by the Federal Secretary of Tourism. And they all mean “place of the avocados”.Another interesting fact: In the Mendocino Codex- a manuscript that talks about ancient Mexican town customs- there is a tree that indicates that the town of Ahuacatlan was known for cultivating it. And after the conquest, the avocado travelled to Spain and from there spread to be cultivated in Brazil, Cuba, Africa, India and New Zealand.

Pero, ¿quién es Fernando Cota? Es un director y productor de videos, y un personaje clave en la promoción turística de México mediante sus creativos productos audiovisuales; es, también, un ejemplo de que el turismo inicia en las emociones, por lo que él se encarga de despertar de manera magistral la tentación de los espectadores por estar en los destinos que muestra en sus trabajos.

Conocido por los extraordinarios productos que unen su vocación por el turismo con su creatividad audiovisual, el éxito es una consecuencia natural de su contexto de vida: Al haber nacido en una familia hotelera, desde pequeño ha visto cuáles son y cómo han ido cambiando las necesidades del huésped. una de mis pasiones más grandes en la vida es viajar. aunque muchas personas creen que es la mejor inversión, hay gente que no entiende para qué; y hasta que no aprendes a saborear un viaje y encontrarle sentido, hasta a las malas experiencias que puede implicar salir de tu zona de confort, es cuando se vuelve adictivo.

one of my biggest passions in life is to travel. many people think it’s the best investment, there are people that don’t understand why; until you learn to savor a trip and find sense in it, even the bad experiences that imply leaving your comfort zone , is when you become addicted.

Gracias a mi familia, desde muy pequeña tuve la oportunidad de viajar por muchas partes del mundo. Conocí lo que era ‘salir de una burbuja’ y, cuando sales, tu mente, sin tú pensarlo, se hace más grande; no es algo que se pueda medir, pero es algo que te ayuda a definir lo que eres, lo que piensas y, por lo tanto, lo que haces. Así comenzó la búsqueda de mis sueños y, para mi suerte, nací en la era del Internet; o no nací, pero crecí en ella, y por eso tuve la oportunidad, hasta el día de hoy, de poder compartir mis experiencias de lo que vivo en cada lugar; incluso mi rutina del día, que aunque no esté de viaje, las experiencias ya se adhieren a tu día a día, sin darte cuenta, sin pensarlo. Es como un tatuaje, que ya no lo ves, pero está en tu cuerpo, es parte de tus decisiones, de tus relaciones, y eso es lo más maravilloso que tengo. Conoces otras culturas, otras formas de pensar y eso, como consecuencia, tiene un efecto de amor hacia tu país o, por lo menos, ese fue mi caso. Y de ahí nace TRAVEL MX by: CherryChris. En esta primera columna de Viva México, escribo un pedacito de mí, un diario personal donde mis trayectos también acompañan cada renglón en este espacio, donde la única finalidad es compartir auténticamente.

Thanks to my family, since I was young, I had the opportunity of travelling all over the world. I got to know what it was to “leave the bubble” and, and when you leave, your mind, without even realizing it, gets bigger; it’s not something you can measure, but it’s something that helps you define what you are, what you think, and what you do.That’s how the search for my dreams began and, with my luck, I was born in the internet era; i wasn’t born in it, but I grew up with it, and that’s why I had the opportunity, to this day, of being able to share my experiences of what I live in each place; even my daily routine, that even if I am not travelling, the experiences bind day to day, without realizing it, without thinking about it. En la XXVIII Reunión Nacional del CONOREVI, realizada en Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, fue analizado el impacto que generan las políticas públicas que rigen el sector de la vivienda en el país. El tema de este año fue “La Socialización de la Vivienda en México”, así que mediante ponencias, reflexiones y paneles se abordaron temas como las políticas públicas equitativas, la necesidad de modificar la Ley Federal de Vivienda, o cómo este sector es un agente clave en el desarrollo humano, urbano y económico.

Por supuesto, destacó la presencia del Gobernador del Estado de Jalisco, el Mtro. Jorge Aristóteles Sandoval Díaz; de Juan Carlos Lastiri, Subsecretario de la SEDATU; la Mtra. Paloma Silva, titular de CONAVI; el Lic. David Penchyna, Titular de INFONAVIT; el Ing. Octavio González Padilla, Presidente del CONOREVI; el Ing. Adrián Peña Miranda, Titular de la OREVI del Estado de Guanajuato, quien fue reconocido por su trayectoria enfocada en ser pionero en cuanto a necesidades de vivienda de los mexicanos; el Mtro. In the XXVIII National CONOREVI Reunion, which took place in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, the impact that public politics that govern the housing section of the country was analyzed. This year’s topic was “Socialization of housing in Mexico”. So through presentations, reflections and panels topics were brought up like equitable public politics and the necessity to modify the Federal Housing Law, this sector is a key agent in human, urban and economic development.

Of course, making a stand out was the presence of the Governor of the State of Jalisco, Jorge Aristoteles Sandoval Diaz; Juan Carlos Lastiri, Sub secretary of SEDATU; Paloma Silva incumbent of CONAVI; David Penchyna, incumbent of INFONAVIT; Octavio Gonzalez Padilla, president of CONOREVI, Adrian Peña Miranda, incumbent of OREVI from the State of Guanajuato who was recognized in his trajectory focused in being a pioneer in reference to the Mexican housing necessities; Alejandro Nieto, adviser of the SEDATU an expert in Urban topics; Andres Blanco, BID Senior Investigator; with the intervention of the National Laboratory of the city of Puerto Vallarta.

chile manzano, elote tierno y camote glaseado, sabores que se mezclan de forma peculiar; y como plato fuerte, la recomendación de la casa fue una Langosta a la Parrilla con ajo y mantequilla, con un rack de cordero a las brasas sobre polenta cremosa con vegetales, salsa de menta y romero.El concepto gourmet con toques tradicionales de la cocina de River Café converge con el mágico sonido del río, donde iguanas y palmeras fueron guardianes de nuestra estancia; además, la decoración con velas iluminó el momento y un grupo de jazz hizo que nuestra cena fuera aún más deliciosa. ¡Un lugar muy recomendado!

we taste the Peruan Ceviche with manzano pepper, baby corn, glazed sweet potato, flavors that blend in a peculiar manner, and as an entrée, the house recommendation is Grilled Lobster with garlic and butter with a grilled rack of lamb on creamy polenta with vegetables, mint sauce and rosemary.The gourmet concept with traditional touches of the River Café converge with the magical sound of the river, where iguanas and palm trees were guardians of our stay; plus, the candle decorations that illuminated the moment and the jazz group made our dinner even more delicious.
