HDRI SKYDOMES

HDRI SKYDOMES is a library of 10 high quality 360° panorama photographs with high dynamic range for architectural lighting and visualization. All HDRI photographs were taken in Berlin-Tempelhof, a large area without disturbing trees or houses nearby. The images reflect different skies with different clouds and sun positions in order to achieve several moods in renderings. All images were manually stitched and cleaned with dust-removal and alignment.

All single hdri products and the bundle include preview scenes for 3ds max with vray and mental ray, CINEMA4D with Advanced Render and vray as well as Luxology modo. These scenes will give you a quick start, so you spend less time to prepare light and render settings. Just import your architectural scene objects and start rendering a beautiful image.

Each HDRI Skydome includes up to 8 background photographs for further variation.

VIZPARK End User License Agreement (EULA)

PEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT OR ANY OF THE INCLUDED FILES.

GRANT OF LICENSE

1. GENERALThis is a license agreement and not an agreement for sale. VIZPARK grants you a non-exclusive license to use this product, its documentation, bitmaps, scenes and 3d models for personal and commercial use. The product itself as well as the copy the product or any other copy remain the property of VIZPARK at all times.

2. LICENSE GRANTYou may use this product, included content, files, scenes, models and documentation for the purpose of creating animations, images (renderings), games and visualizations.

3. RESTRICTIONSYOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:

3.1 to resell, assign, publish or otherwise redistribute the product or any of its included files. Free products can be used for private or commercial use and can be modified in any way in order to conform to your needs. However, any such modifications or changes are still derivatives of the original and cannot be sold or distributed as your own.3.2 Use of this product (in particular bitmaps, presets, materials) for the creation of a texture, material library or as a texture / material library for any kind of product, plug-in, 3d application or other graphics software is strictly prohibited. Individual bitmaps, scenes, materials or presets may not be distributed (commercially or otherwise) alone or in combination with other products. Furthermore these bitmaps, materials or presets may not be repackaged in whole or in part as texture libraries, material libraries, online in material databases or user communities.3.3 Copy or use the product or documentation in another way than permitted by this Agreement.

4. COPYRIGHTThis product and VIZPARK are protected by German copyright law and international treaty provisions. You agree that no title to the intellectual property of the product or VIZPARK is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the product will remain the exclusive property of VIZPARK.

5. GOVERNING LAWThis agreement shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Germany.

6. TERM AND TERMINATIONThis license agreement takes effect upon your use of the product and remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the product and included files or deleting all files and copies thereof from your harddisk. It will also automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this license agreement.

7. OTHER

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, The further conditions of this Agreement will remain fully effective and the parties will be bound by obligations which approximate, as closely as possible, the effect of the provision found invalid or unenforceable, without being themselves invalid or unenforceable.

BY INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRESENTED ABOVE.
