PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2007-present Reading First-Ohio Center: e-Read Ohio Web Services Manager. Work with members of the Ohio Department of Education Office of
Literacy and the Reading First-Ohio Center to meet design goals efficiently, effectively, and within that specified time frame and budget while exceeding stakeholders' expectations.
Researched and co-authored the e-Read Ohio Granularity and Reusability model of Instructional Learning Objects.
Provide strategic direction and coordination of services through the supervision of the e-Read Ohio Web Services team members and outside consulting services.
Provide leadership in the investigation, implementation, and administration of new and existing technologies in the e-Read Ohio Web Services department.
Provide leadership, direction and motivation to the e-Read Ohio Web Services team.
Define project scope and deliverables with the e-Read Ohio e-Learning Production Management team.
