• Very useful for observing data at any point in a workflow

ImageJ actor is a versatileimage display and imageprocessing system
Based on the ImageJ codedeveloped at the NationalInstitute of Health
Includes a built-in macrolanguage to create compleximage processing sequences

Visualization with R
RExpression actor can create a vast assortment of R graphics
