Where and when is the central exhibition at Budapest’s HUNGEXPO open to the public?The central location of the “One With Nature” World of Hunting and Nature Exhibition is the HUNGEXPO Budapest Conference and Exhibition Centre. The event is open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day between 25 September and 14 October 2021. Do I need an immunity certificate to visit the event?The World of Hunting and Nature Exhibition and the related events may be visited without an immunity certificate.

How can I get to the Exhibition?In order to prevent traffic jams and congestion, the road leading to HUNGEXPO (Albertirsai út) will be closed to traffic during the 20 days of the Exhibition.

We are providing a host of ways to get to the Exhibition smoothly, while focusing on sustainability and protecting the environment.

On foot or by bicycle: You can also get to the OWN Exhibition on foot or by bicycle!

PUBLIC TRANSPORTTake metro line M2 to Örs vezér tér, then from there take bus No. 10; alternatively, take Line M2 to Pillangó utca metro stop and walk (for approximately 15 minutes).Take the no. 37 or 37A tram from Népszínház utca, just off Blaha Lujza tér.

e-buses – Free transport to the Exhibition with special electric buses provided by Volánbusz. The buses, bearing the OWN World of Hunting and Nature Exhibition logo, will run every day between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. along five different routes.

MÁV RAILWAYS Take the train from the Keleti Station to Kőbá-nya felső railway station, from where HUNGEXPO is only a short walk away. MÁV Hungarian State Railways is offering people visi-ting the OWN Exhibition a 50% discount on all ticket office and onboard ticket purchases. 50% return tickets must be stamped at these designated points: Reception Area 1; Reception Area 3; the “One With Nature” Shop next to the Reception Area; and the “One With Nature” stand in Pavilion A. REGIONAL BUS Regional bus service provider Volánbusz Zrt. is offering a 50% discount on the cost of full-price single tickets to all passengers visiting the Exhibition, which must be stamped at one of these designated points: Reception Area 1; Reception Area 3; the “One With Nature” Shop next to the Reception Area; and the “One With Nature” stand in Pavilion A. After stamping no ticket needs to be purchased for the return trip.

MOL LIMO’S vehicles are permitted to enter Albertirsai út, and may use the designated car park next to Gate 1.

TAXI You can travel all the way to Gate 1 on Albertirsai út using our highlighted partner, Főtaxi.

Ticket purchasing and discountsTickets can be purchased on site (in Reception Area 1 and 3), but we recommend that you purchase your ticket online in advance to avoid queueing.The price of a day ticket to the Exhibition is 3,000 forints, including a handling fee, but there are also concessions of 50%, group and family tickets, and 4-day and 20-day passes. Visitors may enter the territory of the OWN Exhibition following a checking process, which may slow entry to the event. Further information ›››

Payment at the Exhibition is only possible by bank card Events held at the HUNGEXPO Budapest Conference and Exhibition have been fully cash-free since 1 January 2019. Tickets can be purchased on-site for cash or credit card, but at the on-site restaurants and shops visitors can only pay with credit card. Can I take my dog to the event?2021’s largest nature exhibition will also be the year’s largest dog-friendly event, which means that we are prepared for and happy to receive four-legged guests at HUNGEXPO. Entry will be at Gate 3. Before entry, proof of up-to-date vaccination and microchip implant must be presented. Dogs must be kept on a lead when on the exhibition premises and are only admitted at the dog owner’s responsibility.

What can I not bring with me?The following items may not be brought into the Exhibition: alcoholic beverages; drugs; pyrotechnic equipment; glass items, including bottles; metal flasks; objects or equipment that contain explosive, any object that appears to be a firearm; any object that could damage or endanger exhibits; poisonous or flammable materials; firearms; stabbing, hitting or cutting weapons; other items that pose a particular danger to public sa-fety; drones or any other remotely operated equipment; toys; bicycles; scooters.

I’m worried about losing my child in the crowd. What can I do?Keep your child safe: behind Pavilion A (near Gate 3), ask the staff of T-Systems Hungary for a free wristband and download the related app; with this you will always be able to find your child.

What else do I need to know about healthcare measures?The World of Hunting and Nature Exhibition and its related events may be visited without an immunity certificate. The “One With Nature” World of Hunting and Nature Exhibition is being held in compliance with all current disease control and healthcare pro-tocols. Up-to-date information on the coronavirus situation in Hungary is available on koronavirus.gov.hu. We provide a continuous on-call medical service on the HUNGEXPO site.
