…and honey!1. Take frames

(“supers”) full of honey away from hives

2. Take them somewhere the bees are not

3. With hot knife, carefully scrape off the wax covering the honey-filled comb

4. Carefully put supers in large centrifuge

5. Spin until all the honey is dripping into

the bottom

6. Strain, then release into holding containers

7. Let sit for a while

8. Scrape off wax still on surface

9. Get out clean jars and label stickers
