Product Diversity: We wanted to offer our customers variety - something for everyone who walked in the door - so our product mix is diverse, with trampolines, dodgeball courts, wall climbing, basketball rings, an Air Mat, a high ropes course, a ninja warrior course and a toddler playground. Our combination of equipment isn’t matched by our competitors.

Customer Service: Our customer service philosophy is to provide a ‘Full-On Fun’ experience at every touch point – from start to finish. We run an internal Customer Experience Program which is focussed on delivering a service that is personal, interactive, warm and friendly. We introduce this program to all prospective job candidates to showcase its priority. It guides our recruitment, identifies existing staff training needs, celebrates when we deliver on our promise and identifies trends or issues.

Safety: Everything about our centre – from the layout and development, to our staff training and daily procedures – have been established with safety as our number one priority. This makes our centre significantly different to many of our competitors who do not have such safety standards in place. We are founding members of the Australian Trampoline Parks Association; an independent body established to set and govern safety standards within the trampoline parks industry. ATPA is a sub-committee of the International Trampoline Park Association. We have achieved and maintained the highest safety rating internationally.

Driving Demand

Family/indoor entertainment centres are gaining more popularity from the past decade in all age groups. Indoor entertainment centres are more preferred as an entertainment and leisure option by families over the outdoor entertainment centres, as the environmental factors and climate changes do not affect any fun time or experience to the customers. Customers are choosing Family entertainment centres for spending quality time with friends, children, parents, and other family members because of the availability of entertainment options such as movies, music, gaming, and food & beverages.”

How much can I earn?Supaworld offers an enormous return on your investment. The amount that each store can generate is dependent on the stores location and population base. Based on the location of your store, we can determine the likely amount of revenue your store will bring and can create a park that will net the greatest yield on your investment.

What is the set-up cost of a

Supaworld venue?This is a tough question as it can vary quite a large amount - the initial set up costs will be determined by the negotiation between yourself and the landlord as to whom is responsible for the internal fit outs of party rooms, café’s, office space etc.

How long will it take to open

a centre?Once you have found a suitable location for your centre we can commence working on its design elements. Once the design is complete, your order will be submitted for fabrication, which will take 12 weeks and an additional 12-16 weeks for installation.

Do I need experience to own a

Supaworld franchise?You do not need any experience in running a business, because that’s what we do. You do however require a can-do attitude, a passion for success and the willingness to learn from our current business owners.

Do I need to work in the

business?No you don’t have to work in the business. Supaworld can provide management support and any other form of support that you may require in assisting you in your passive investment.

What is my zone/territory?Your zone/territory is dependent on your location and population size. We would never put two centres in a vicinity that would be in direct competition with one another. We care about our investors and brand and if we were to do so, it would be detrimental to our business success.

Will I receive training and

support?Yes – in fact, our training and support is second to none. All franchisees will be provided with in-house training for 2 employees at Supaworld HQ for a period of 2-4 weeks at no charge. At the end of the training, you will be presented with training manuals, operation manuals, risk assessment manuals, guidelines and policies and procedures for the successful running of your business. Everything you need in terms of IP is provided to you, which ensures a seamless transition from training to operation.
