Vision Package

Who has the time to plan a wedding these days? Our Vision package gives brides-to-be the free-dom to take care of themselves, whilst

we take care of the rest.

The package includes full use of our wedding planning, on-the-day coordination and styling services - based on an initial, intimate consultation, in order to meet and exceed each couple’s needs and dreams.

“All clients (not restricted to weddings only)

must make use of Woodhill’s in-house

coordinator or appoint a registered events

company to do on the day coordination. We want to avoid the immense pressure that

clients/owners put on our team with regards

to unorganized details/requests that we end

up having to sort out because of poor time management and coordinating skills. This is also a way to generate added income by

delivering an in-house or “all in one” service

to clients.

Services

The Vision package includes:

(Please note that the services mentioned below are quoted according to the time spent on each element. The number of stylists and assistants will also depend on the venue / function size, to be discussed and finalised during the initial consultation.)

* Pre-wedding consultation / meetings with the marital couple* A maximum of four follow-up meetings, as well as emails and phone

calls between Woodhill Resi-dential Estate and Country Club’s in-house wedding coordinator and the marital couple

* Review of planning and wedding day details according to the ques-tionnaire provided to the couple

* Creation and provision of detailed itineraries, timelines, and checklists of all suppliers (two hours allotted)

* Sourcing of suppliers - including meetings, contract review and nego-tiating. This includes the follow-ing and provides one hour consulta-tion time per supplier:

- Photographer- Videographer- DJ- AV and lighting- Hair and make-up artist- Minister / Marriage officer- Entertainment- Décor- Flowers- Stationery design / sourcing- Wedding cake design / sourcing- Wedding favours design / sourcing- Woodhill Residential Estate and Country Club guesthouse booking (7 rooms, max 14 guests)

* Budget creation, monitoring and recording* The supply of a setup / breakdown crew (7 hours)* Pre-wedding supplier liaison and on-the-day scheduling (3 hours)* Venue viewing to inspect lighting, infrastructure and additional elements required

to execute styling (1 hour)* Floor plan layout* Mockup table (1 hour)* Mood board and initial questionnaire to create the overall wedding concept* Rehearsal of the ceremony (2 hours)* In-house menu and beverage selection (1 hour)* Cake sourcing and tasting (2 hours)
