The Beginning Established Since 1996
Round One
• Started out with a bad partnership from 1992-1995 that lead to
• Feb 10th 1996, Absolutely Wireless, inc. was established
• Without any outside sales staff• And no marketing• Tina Holden signs on as an AT&T
authorized dealer• And a certified Motorola First
Echelon Center• Her customer base included prior
relationships and referrals within the industry
• Absolutely Wireless hires its first employee (owner)
• Sales reached $72k in the first year and grew 40% a year their after
• In 1997 sales reached $76k• Still not having any sales staff• And no marketing• Absolutely wireless signs on as a
Nextel authorized dealer first to go non exclusive with AT&T
• And employs two Employees• Quick sell software was utilized for
point-of-sell• And QuickBooks software was
utilized for accounting

• In 1998 Sales reached $317k Still without having any outside sales force
• And still no marketing• Absolutely Wireless becomes a
Nextel service center• Generates more B2B relationships• Employs two more employees• In 1999 sales reached $425k• No outsides sales force• And no marketing• Employs two more employees• By 2000 sales were up to 425k
with no outside force and no marketing
• Cell Sell 32 became AW’s integrated POS, accounting, and service software
• Employs 5 employees to support day-to-day operations
• Expanded product line• Signs on as an @Road Authorized
Dealer• Also signs on as a Voice Stream
(T-Mobile) Authorized Dealer• Ranked #13 in Central FL Fast
Track & 25th in Orlando Business Journal
• Ranked #8 cellular business in the Orlando business Journal
Round Two Established since 1996
• 2001 sales were 500k • AW was doing with 40 markets
nation wide• 10 corporate accounts• Established a second office• And doubled overhead in retail
store and service center• Tina hired Operations
Manager and took herself off payroll
• Was achieving rapid growth then Sep. 11th hit2002 was the beginning of round two
• Corporate business declined
• Sales only reach 76k• AW went in debt 50k• And had to close Corporate
office• From 2002 till 2007 Tina grew
sales back up to 350k and became publisher of Seminole CO. Woman Newspaper
• Once again with no marketing or outside sales
• November 30th sprint sent a termination letter to AWi because a lack of focus on volume instead AWI was focus on Customer

Established Since 1996
• Started to rebirth, rebrand and rebuild in the beginning of 2008
• Absolutely Wireless Green-o-vation was created
• Downed sized to stream line operating cost
• And also started the process of defending our new purpose in the technology industry

5)All database information must remain on one or more servers in the same location to maximize speed when completing transactions. The server can be hosted, but all information must remain together.
6) All customer orders or routed to the Altamonte then sent to corporate.
