• Vision 2023 Tamil Nadu sets the plan for infrastructure development for the State to reach the desired outcomes by 2023.




• Vision 2023 aims to make Tamil Nadu as the top preferred investment destination in Asia and the most preferred in India.

• Tamil Nadu serves as the innovation hub and knowledge capital of India by 2023.




• Vision 2023 makes Tamil Nadu a ‘heaven of peace’ enabling free movement and exchange of ideas.

• Preserves and care ecology and heritage.




• Actively addresses the cause of state vulnerability and mitigates the adverse effects.

• Will nurture a culture of responsive and transparent governance which ensures security and progress to all stakeholders.
