Statutory Audit:
Participated as team member in conduct of statutory audit of entities reporting under
Indian GAAP frame work and have carried/conducted following procedures:
1. Preparation and completion of checklists in planning stages for engagement scoping
and teaming, understanding of client business, risk identification, internal control
evaluation and tax risk assessment.
2. Understanding and documenting the business processes involving discussion with
clients on flow of transactions and conduct of walk through and test of controls.
3. Assessment of risks based on various factors and development of audit strategies
and designing of audit procedures.
4. Participated in physical verification of assets and inventories.
5. Review of notes on accounts for ensuring compliance with generally accepted
accounting principles as per applicable framework.
