Business:

Original Passport.

Visa application form filled with 2 white background photographs having size 2.5inchx2.5inch.

Covering letter from employer on company letter head with authorized signatory, name and designation with company seal. Also mentioned about the guarantee clause withe the expenses of the trip.

Original invitation letter from Turkey or color scanned copy with clear information.

Recommendation / Registration letter from relevant chamber of commerce.

Last 3 months bank statement of personal and company, in original or copies attested by bank.

3 months salary slip attested by company.Confirmed return ticket.2 Photocopy of passport.

Tourism:Visa application form filled with 2 white background photographs having size 2.5inchx2.5inch.

Leave letter from employer/ covering letter in personal business letter head (if self employed) with authorized signatory, name and designation with company seal.
