Requirements for the Application of A Visa to the Philippines

Processing:

Ten [10] Philippine Working Days not counting Saturday and Sunday

Fees: AED260 for single entry

2. Accomplished Visa Application Form- to bedownloaded from the Embassyswebsite:www.philembassy.ae ; entries must beTYPEWRITTEN in capital letters

Standard requirement

3. Original and 1 photocopy of passport data page(s) Validity should be more than six [6] monthsbeyond the period of intended stay in thePhilippines

4. Copy of valid UAE Residence visa with Englishtranslation if visa is printed in Arabic

Applicant must be legal resident of the UAE

5. One new passport size photo with whitebackground (not more than 6 months old)

6. Letter from employer indicate applicants

position, period of employment with presentemployer, monthly salary and no objection for

applicants travel to the Philippines

7. If applicant is a business proprietor or partner,

submit copy of Trade License with name of theapplicant as proprietor, partner or investor (in

10. Copy of Job Order or Demand Letter and SPAduly verified by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office(POLO) in the UAE, Deployment Reports

11. Medical Certificate attested by UAE Ministry ofHealth and letter of acceptance from Physician orMedical Institution in the Philippines

If medical treatment is the purpose of entry

12. Copy of attested marriage contract (in English)together with copy of spouse passport

If applicant is married to Filipino

13. Notarized affidavit/letter from parents or legalguardian guaranteeing that the applicant will have

full financial support for international travel. Thisguarantee must be supported by the parents orguardians or sponsors financial capacity such asemployment/salary certificate, bank statement or

trade license.

If applicant is a minor, below 21 years old orunemployed

14. Copy of the birth certificate in English together

with copies of parents passports

NOTE:

The accomplished visa form must be typewritten and the basic requirements as applicable in the listabove are submitted for evaluation. There may be other requirements needed depending on

the result of the evaluation. Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
