Login Box

A link would be provided to download the software and after extracting the software a Direct Trade icon would be created on your desktop .You can use your credentials provided by your admin (mentor)

This Software Runs on Windows Xp as well as Windows 7

Dot net Framework 4.0 is mandatory to run this application

NSE CASH LIVE DATA

After login the main interface opens and a “ODIN “ Look alike dashboard opens .

The first dropdown is for all three exchanges :NSE ,MCX and NCDEX

On selection of NSE the second dropdown gives two options CM ---Cash Market and FO ----Futures and Options

When you select cash market the third dropdown opens of symbols and when u press enter Market Watch window opens which can also be opened by F4 .

NSE Futures and Options Live

Select Nse from first tab then FO from second tab and select symbol from third dropdown ,then one has to select expiry date ,then for futures stock select FUTSTK and for index Select FUTIDX AND Enter

Simultaneously for options from 5 th dropdown select OPTSTK for Stocks and OPTIDX for Index and then Select if you want to See CE(call option ) or PE (put option ) With Its respective Strike prices

For Stock options 1 ATM ,ITM ,OTM according to Current price ,& for index 5 ATM ,ITM& OTM strike prices are displayed

MCX LIVE

From the first tab if you select MCX then whole symbol list of MCX traded symbols ,You can press enter and you can View Live Feeds of Mcx till Market Closes .

Optional*After MCX market is closed and the backup of trades in Excel is taken then we have the option to erase all data on server (for security reasons)

NCDEX LIVE

From 1st tab when you select NCDEX all symbols of multiple expiries would be displayed

MCX and NCDEX multiplier can be managed by Admin and be Modified Client Wise

Windows Cascade

Classification of Screens can be done by opening multiple F4 windows and cascading them from Windows option in the Menu tab

This enables to view different exchanges at a single point of time and execute trades in all exchanges at a go .

Buy order F1

After Selecting any Stock when you press F1 the following window comes of Buy Order Entry and after feeding the total quantity and price admin can execute the trades in his account or his Clients(user’s) account available in Trader Id ‘s dropdown when you submit It either goes pending if the price is less and if the price quoted is higher then it executes at market price

Below are the confirmations which you receive after executing

Sell Order F2

After Selecting any Stock when you press F2 the following window comes of Sell Order Entry and after feeding the total quantity and price admin can execute the trades in his account or his Clients(user’s) account available in Trader Id ‘s dropdown when you submit It either goes pending if the price is more and if the price quoted is lower then it executes at market price

Below are the confirmations which you receive after executing

Stop loss order with trigger price

In F1 and F2 when order type is selected SL and price and trigger price are mentioned it places a stop loss level for that particular Buy or Sell which is executed as and when the price is reached or breached

F3 Pending orders

When orders are placed below price in F1 and higher in F2 they are not traded and wait for the price to their execution level , till then It shows in F3 .

F3 trades are automatically traded as soon as the price is equal to rate entered at the time of order

Filter of trades can be viewed by exchange wise , symbol wise and account wise

Shift F2 Modify order

When trades are pending in F3 and if you want to edit the price Please press Shit + F2 which would open the respective window of the trade initiated and orders can be modified

Alt F6 Integrated net positions

All the Fields Required after an execution of a trade is available by entering Alt +F6 Net positions of clients with filter of exchange wise, symbol wise and account wise .total fund utilization and brokerage calculation

Admin Login

As in any application the frontend is useful for End users , the Admin is required to manage the clients , the core activity and updates are done with the help of the Admin

Direct Trade Administration Setup is similar to Client Setup and When a logo is created on your desktop ,double click and login window opens where once can see the Login Box and you can Get the main Frame of Admin

Client Profile Setup

In this registration form you can create super admin, admin and users ,This goes in a hierarchy format which means Super admin can view Admin and Admin user’s .Admin can view the users which has been created under particular admin.

Trading Status can be enabled disabled

Brokerage % can be setup for every admin as well user

User can be assigned a free trial

Username and password would be adapted for login to client and if referred as admin then it would be the same for administration login as well

A group can be created and allocated to trade to a particular account

Admin Groups

Admin groups are created in the Intention if a Super admin wants his users to be Displayed under all his fellow Admins that can be created over here .

We see in reality that a group of clients are assigned to particular Relationship Mangers ,and lots of complications are faced by brokers and Clients Due to this This is the bridge to rule over that option to both the entities

Fund Exposure Limit

Fund Exposure Limit for each Exchange can be uploaded from here which calculates the Margin 5 and Margin in rupees of the client , admin ,.The Sample file has been given for example .

The symbol whichever are uploaded from here would only be displayed to Admin and users …this is to avoid manipulation of trading in illiquid counters

Margin % and margin rupees can be modified which would be calculated accordingly in the trades

Fund Allocation

This can be called a the back bone of the Administration

Fund can be allocated to admin/userFund breakup can be decided for every user ,Say for E.g. if you Allocate 1 crore to a client and put a fund breakup of 5 lacs he cannot initiate a trade above 5 lacs in a Single trade

Utilization of funds for each clients can be viewed

History of trades Fund utilization /allocation can be viewed by selecting to and from date

Square off

This utility is used to square off any pending trades and traded trades with outstanding quantity at any point of time ,This can be done user wise as well as for all users .

This is done doing margin pressures from Main broker , Exchange and also during imbalance payout of funds .

Messages

Message Board is used to send personal messages or common messages , balance debit credit , tips and so to individual clients and by clicking the check box of Select all users the admin can Send to all

Holidays

Configuration of holidays can be made in this section which can be exchange wise and in MCX it can also be Section Wise ,This is to avoid irregular activities during sudden declare of exchange holidays

Lot Size

This Section is for Lot Size multipliers used in MCX and NCDEX exchanges Which can be Imported and Modified according to the needs and conditional capital of clients
