Academic year 2020-21 The investiture ceremony is an important occasion that sets off the trend of celebrations in a school academic year. Even a global pandemic cannot hinder our school activities or deprive our students of the pleasures of school life. The investiture program started with the flag hoisting ceremony on the school grounds. The housemasters, of the houses Sahithi, Shanthi, Shakti, Pragathi hoisted the flag and sang the National Anthem, school song, and the school prayer. It was a solemn occasion where the young students were all prepared to don the mantle of leadership and discharge the responsibilities entrusted upon them by the school. The virtual ceremony began with senior teacher, Ms Ratnasree hosting the event. Ms. Sridevi music teacher accompanied by other teachers began the virtual assembly with the National song, prayer song, pledge, and Thought for the Day.

The auspicious occasion started with the Lighting of the Lamp by Arundathi Mam. In his welcome speech, Mr. Ramesh PET said that he was confident that the newly constituted student council would discharge their duties with utmost sincerity. Ms. Anitha teacher then shared that the criteria for selection were academic percentage and attendance. Shakti housemasters, Ms. Sai Prasanna and Ms. Rafiqunnisa received the trophy for scoring maximum points in the academic year 2019-2020.
Ms. GR Laxmi teacher introduced the student council and their parents through a PowerPoint Presentation. Ms. Sridevi Teacher invited the student council members and Mr. Ganga Sagar PET took the oath from the student council. Our guests of honour were our proud parents of the student council who invested their wards by pinning the badge, sash, and took the salute.
Principal sir then shared that it was time for the present student council to give back in the form of good deeds to their school. He urged the student council to be good role models to their alma mater.
Srinivas Sir PET in his Vote of Thanks, thanked the parents for encouraging and motivating the students, he also thanked the Principal, HM, In charges, PET, Music, Art, and Craft department, and the entire staff & support staff for the successful completion of the program.
