When speaking of the Virgin Group, what comes first to mind is Richard Branson, president of the Virgin Group. He is considered to be the most brilliant businessman in the United Kingdom. Virgin Atlantic Airways is one of the successful industries that the Virgin Group operates.
Virgin Atlantic Airways was founded in 1984, It is headquartered in Crawley , West Sussex, England,
it is now the second largest long-distance airlines in the United Kingdom. It has gained renown for its excellent service and courage in innovation.
Operating with the objective of providing superior quality services to every passenger, Virgin Atlantic Airways has expanded its flight routes all over the world . around 9000 employees working for Virgin Airline world wide .

Create the feeling of belongings and loyalty with in the new employee is another objective of the induction.

Usually a new employee of the organization has little fear about his/her strengths at the beginning, because of the difference of the work culture and the environment.
The fear and the shyness of new employee could change by a good induction program.

Generate positive attitudes with in the new employee about peers, superiors, subordinates and the organization in general is another objective.

Virgin Atlantic activities involves providing quality service and value for money to their customers.
Customer service and responsibility to passengers has been the driving force behind the Virgin brand.
The Virgin philosophy is that passengers have a right to know what level of service can be expected .

In my recommendation I would advise Virgin Atlantic to focus more on their staff welfare to avoid future strike regarding pay structure.
Virgin group should be more focused in improving relationship between operation level and management level .
