Two foosball tables and an air hockey table Pipe and drape for catering and staging area Cocktail tables, food tables, bar services, bar service tables, banquet tables and registration tables. Polyester table linens for all tables. Luxury linens available for additional fee. Unfortunately parking is not available on-site, however we have included pricing for four hours of shuttle service provided by BAC Transportation in a 14 or 16-passenger SUV limo, 14 or 20-passenger limo bus or a 31 or 35-passenger mini bus (vehicle type dependent upon availability) in both quotes below. We have a partnership with Bailey’s Furniture to use their parking lot and it is a quick 3 minute transfer to the VIP Vintage Venue. Sit Down Banquet for 10-50 Guests The total rental package fee is $2,650.00. If you choose to opt out of the shuttle service, the total rental package fee is $2,250.00. Please remember there is no parking available on site so you will need to coordinate a shuttle service. Each additional hour of use over 4 hours will be billed $500.00 per hour Standing Reception for 30-100 Guests The total rental package fee is $3,150.00. If you choose to opt out of the shuttle service, the total rental package fee is $2,750.00. If your party consists of more than 50 guests, we do require that you use BAC transportation.
