VIP Vacations & Property Management has been servicing Central Florida for over 20 years.

We currently have properties in the Kissimmee and Davenport area and specialise in vacation rental properties.

We are proud to offer exceptional first class service, which is unsur-passed in the industry. We recognize that each home and owner have individual requirements and provide a custoized service for your per-sonal requirements, ensuring you have satisfied guests that will return again and again.

OUR SERVICES

We provide you bookings for your vacation home which can be viewed at anytime on your own online reservation system. We pro-vide online bookings for your home, any new bookings are updated on our reservation system and our homeowners website calander in real-time. We provide you with a centralized online reservation and house keeping system. Our online booking and availability system allows both the management company and homeowners to update property availability across all websites in real time. The system also dispatches cleaning and home inspections.

ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM

ONLINE INCOME STATEMENTS

Each month you will receive your online statement via email. You can also access all your finalized end of month statements online through our management software. This allows you to view your online income statements and work orders. The income accounting reports can be accessed and viewed online or downloaded to PDF, Excel or email.

FREE WEBSITE FOR EVERY HOMEOWNER

We provide a free dedicated independent website for your home. Our website services are easy to use Windows interface to manage the look and feel of your site, bookings, pricing and online reserva-tions

OWNER ONLINE LOGIN SYSTEM

Owners have access to their own private portal through our software management. This gives the owner access to their online monthly statements, their booking schedule, where they can add, amend and change any bookings. Work orders can be requested online; infor-mation about any outstanding work orders can be viewed and updat-ed in real time.

OUR SUPPORT TEAMS ARE ALWAYS ON HAND FOR THE HOMEOWNER AND THEIR GUESTS. WE WILL MAKE SURE YOUR GUEST’S VACATION

VIP Vacations will visit your property on a regular basis for inspec-tion to make sure that everything is in working order and report anything directly back to the owners.

WEEKLY HOME INSPECTIONS

LAWN SERVICE

We provide a full lawn care service, including mowing, edging, leaf removal, weed treatment, lawn fertilization, pruning, tree trimming, tree removal and storm clean up.

POOL SERVICE

We provide full pool care, and your pool will be serviced on a weekly basis.

PEST CONTROLOur pest control team service the property inside and outside on a monthly basis making sure you and your home stay pest free.

BILL AND TAX PAY SERVICES

ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

Vip Vacations and Property management will take care of all your bills and monthly income taxes. Any income from personal bookings needs to be submitted on the 1st of each month.

We take care of all end of stay cleans making sure that your property is sparkling, ready for your next guests to arrive

Vip Vacations will advertise your property for you throigh our web-site, HomeAway and other social media site.These are updated on a weekly basis in order to maximize rentals.

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

• Secure registration with the State of Florida Tax Authorities as required for all vacation home properties.

• Obtain a hotel/motel license, which is required for all holiday villas

• Weekly Home Inspections

• Take photos of the property for your web page

• Advertising & Marketing including social media and websites, including the management of external pages such as HomeAway/VRBO.

• Generate bookings and manage all reservations

• Provide an Online Reservation System

• Provide Online Income Statements and Monthly Income statements

• Free Website Page

• Private Owner Login Access

• Manage all bookings and reservations

• Arrange for any necessary repairs to be carried out

• Oversee any maintenance works and provide before and after photos.

• Arrange for the property to be completely cleaned, after each party of guests vacate

• Check property for usual wear and tear after each guest departs.
