Vinschool is a not-for-profit K-12 education system, operating under and funded by its parent company,

Vingroup. The objective of Vinschool is to build a Vietnamese school of international standards, a place where we

accomplish our mission of “nurturing talents”.

After 6 years of operation since our

inception in 2013, Vinschool has

become the largest education

system in Vietnam with 32

campuses and more than 27,000

students in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh

City, Hai Phong and Ha Tinh.

In March 2019, Vinschool was

officially granted the membership

s t a t u s b y t he C o u n c i l o f

International Schools (CIS), a

w o r l d ' s l e a d i n g e d u c a t i o n

Vinschool is the very first school in Vietnam eligible to teach a dual, integrated

Cambridge – Vietnamese curriculum, as authorized by the Ministry of Education

and Training (MoET).

100% of Vinschool teachers receive in-depth training in pedagogical psychology

and teaching methodology under America's teacher training program.

80% of Vinschool's education programs are “imported”; they are world-renowned

or exclusively designed by world's leading experts

The Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) Center was founded to develop

specialized curricula for students who demonstrate excellence in specific fields.

Vinschool is the only school in Vietnam to integrate Vietnamese Studies into its

official curriculum for students in grades 1-12.

Vinschool is one of the few schools in Vietnam which facilitate STEM education via

its Innovation Centers/ Maker Spaces.

and taking care of students both physically and spiritually in order to train them

CORE VALUES

PRIMARY, SECONDARY AND HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULA Vinschool's curricula are specially designed to meet our educational goals. These curricula have the following

qualities:

• Featuring a moderate number of subjects according to the

MoET's and international standards, with subjects being taught

effectively in well-allocated time and no overlaps between the

subjects;

• Sticking close to the learning objectives and to the goal of

educating students into well-rounded people who are

knowledgeable, skilled, and morally good;

• Paying special attention to discovering and nurturing talent of

each individual.

• Each subject curriculum consists of the Standard program

(normally at Primary and Secondary levels) - equipping students

with fundamental knowledge and competencies, and the

Advanced program (normally at High school level) - helping

students promote their strengths;

Vinschool's curricula are developed based on the general curriculum framework of

the MoET issued in July 2017 and structured according to the International

Baccalaureate (IB) model.

Notably, Personal Education subjects such as Physical

Education (PE) and Character & Life Skills Education (CLISE) or

experience-based subjects like Global Citizenship Education

(GCED) are given equal importance as traditional subjects.

Vinschool students, or Vinsers, are equipped with not only

knowledge but also study >> studying skills, thinking

competency, leadership, good morality and attitudes, to become

global citizens with strong Vietnamese cultural identity and

national pride.

Vinschool offers 2 training programs, namely the Vinschool Standard program and the Advanced program, to suit students' chosen path:

going to a university in Vietnam or abroad.

VINSCHOOL STANDARD PROGRAM

CURRICULUM

Subjects taught according to the MoET's curriculum: Math, Literature, History, Geography, etc.

ESL (according to the Cambridge curriculum): 12 periods/week, in which 50% of the periods are taught by

expat teachers.

Experience-based programs and activities specially designed for Vinschool by top experts: Vietnamese

Studies, GCED, 21st Century Skills, etc.

Subjects taught according to internationally recognized curricula: Co-ordinated Science and ICT (localized

from the Cambridge International curriculum), Physical Education (PE), etc.

Parents fill online registration at https://dangky.vinschool.edu.vn/

Students belonging to the priority group and satisfying enrollment requirements are admitted

Students take the entrance exam

Parents complete the enrollment procedures if the students pass the entrance exam

Students are officially enrolled as notified by the School

PRIORITY ENROLLMENT:

(3) Vinschool students who meet transition requirements (if not belonging to the first priority group

mentioned above) will be enrolled at appropriate campuses based on the available slots;

(4) All other students will be enrolled dependent upon available slots.

(2) Children who are children of teachers, staff and employees working in the Vinschool network and

Vingroup subsidiaries (but not belonging to the first priority group mentioned above) will be given priority

enrollment at Vinschool campuses with vacancies;

(1) Children who are biological children, paternal/maternal grandchildren of owners of condos/villas in

Vinhomes urban areas and are living in such condos/villas will be given priority enrollment at the Vinschool

campuses in such urban areas in case of vacancy;

ENROLLMENT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Secondary school applications: students must have completed the primary school curriculum; have

civics assessment of Very Good and academic performance of at least Good during the most recent

school year and semester (for students applying to be admitted in the 2nd semester).

Primary school applications: students' academic performance of at least Pass; and civics (skills, ethics)

of at least Good.

High school applications: students must have graduated from secondary school; have civics assessment

of Very Good and academic performance of at least Good during the most recent school year and

semester (for students applying to be admitted in the 2nd semester).
