After the fermentation, processes of racking are carried out. Aging: wine of annual consumption.  Tasting Notes: Intense red ruby color with violet hues. Complex fruit aromas such as plums and black pepper. Round taste and spiced pleasant finish.

Vineyard: Villa Rosa, Lujan de Cuyo (1.020 mts ASL) – Mendoza Elaboration process: Hand-picked harvest, soft pressing, cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Natural stabilization and maturation in stainless steel tanks.  Tasting notes: Young wine of intense violet color, clean and bright. Good aromatic perception of plums and red fruits. Soft and mature tannins. Harmonic and round end. Suggested pairing: Due to its fruit concentration and freshness it´s apt to pair with a wide range of dishes, from vegetable lasagna to a simple meat brochette with roasted vegetables. Serving temperature: 16° C - 18° C

Varietal: 100% Malbec 

Vineyard: Villa Rosa, Lujan de Cuyo (1.020 mts ASL) – Mendoza Elaboration process: Hand-picked harvest, soft pressing, cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Natural stabilization and maturation in stainless steel tanks.  Tasting notes: Young wine of deep and intense red color. Spiced aromas of black pepper and licorice accompanied by fresh notes.In mouth it´s frank and juicy with well-marked tannins. Harmonic and round end.  Suggested pairing: Due to its firm structure, this Cabernet Sauvignon pairs very good with roasted beef and goat. It also pairs with dishes of long cooking duration. Serving temperature: 16° C - 18° C

Vineyard: La rioja Elaboration process: Hand-picked harvest, soft pressing, cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Natural stabilization and maturation in stainless steel tanks.  Tasting Notes: Young wine of pale lemon – green color. Aromas of lemon, flowers and hints of herbs. In the mouth it is intensely flavored with a refreshing finish of apricot and a touch of minerality.  Suggested pairing: this Torrontes perfectly pairs with young goat cheese, spicy foods, Thai food, and white fish.  Serving temperature: 8° C – 10° C

Fermentation: soft pressing and cold fermentation at controlled temperature. Estabilization in stainless still tanks.  Aging: 10% of the wine is fermented in oak barrels. Tasting Notes: Strong yellow colour with green hints. Fruity notes of mature pear and pinneapple aromas. Fresh finish and lightly unctuous. Persistent and pleasant end.

Varietal and frank aromas, with presence of mature red fruits, spices, and well-marked vanilla and coffee notes. Persistent and pleasant end.

HARVESTBy hand, first two weeks of April

FERMENTATION3 days of cold maceration 8 days of fermentation at 26° C – 28°C 20 days of post fermentative maceration.

AGING12 months in French oak and 8 months in bottle

TASTING NOTESDark and deep red color with intense violet hues. In the nose it´s haughty, complex and fragrant with reminiscences ofmature red fruits. Elegant aromas of spicesand dried fruits granted by the oak. In the mouth it´s frank and juicy, with smooth and sweet tannins that turn it on,a Malbec for aging.

Varietal: 50% Ugni Blanc – 50% Chenin   Elaboration process: Soft pressing, cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (15° C). Stabilization in stainless steel tanks. Once the base wine is obtained it is racked to a pressurized tank; it´s inoculated with selected yeasts and the tirage liquor is added where the second fermentation is carried out. This second fermentation will last 30 days and after it reaches 5 atmospheres of pressure, the sparkling wine is filtered and bottled.  Tasting Notes: Bright sparkling wine with a slight yellow greenish color. Delicate and persistent bubbles that produce an elegant and fine crown. In the nose it offers white flowers aromas such as jazmin, notes of peaches, bananas and an interesting fresh note. In the mouth it´s well balanced with a light acidity that reminds green apples.
