What are the minimum requirements?

Training (Launch & Ongoing) Vinci Training Academies

This will include having a medical prescribing PIN, qualifications and experience in toxin. You will need to be patient focused, passionate about quality and professionalism focusing on the safety for the patient. You will be required to pass the Vinci Aesthetics trade test and have a willingness for continued learning.

Buying Power

We have setup relationships with all the major manufacturers on volume group discounts that you would not be able to get yourself. These discounts should outweigh the franchise fees you would pay, so with just the discounts alone, joining Vinci Aesthetics makes sense. We have the very best brands like Botox, Azzalure and Juvederm etc. We have also negotiated discounts on all other aspects of your business-like equipment, EPOS and advertising so no one in your area should be able to compete against your power and presence.

So far, the Vinci Academies have served only as an internal training centre along with an external training system. However, there is a large and lucrative market for industry level aesthetics education which we would like to share with an elite group of franchisees. Besides being able to show you additional revenue stream, we would help maintain a high-quality program for you and the clinic’s employees whilst strengthening the clinic’s reputation as the market leaders in aesthetics. Our main UK training centre is based in Wigmore Street London and no other franchise concept could offer you the leave our London based training can offer.

Clinic Look & Feel

You will have all the business support available from our HQ dedicated support team along with medical support from our doctors. We will also provide you with operation manuals, a computerised management system unlike any other franchise you may have seen before. Your franchise will also be linked to our HQ team who will monitor your system KPI’s and Dashboards to help you grow your business into a large corporate company structure. Business is hard, for a medic it’s unreasonable to contend with finance, business strategy, marketing, competition, patient clinical support so the list goes on. You will be supported in your practice through a number of innovative, operational procedures which are unique to Vinci Aesthetics. These allow you to focus on delivering excellent treatments and care, whilst we help you drive the development of your business.

We will provide the signage along with all the branded materials for you to be part of our professional brand image. Our franchise team will support you on the design and look of your current premises. Alternatively we can help you locate the right premises and the implementation of the clinic setup at the very best group discounted rates for fit outs etc.

What Can You Earn

The following figures are based on account forecasts taken from our own current business and by taking lower service prices and lower volumes each day.

Each business will develop at various rates and speeds but typically, within two years a turnover of over £25,000 per month should be achievable. The personal income return for the franchise should be over £100,000 per year with much more flexible working hours than they have probable work before.

CLINIC PRACTITIONER MONTH TURNOVER

Clinic performance figures are based on one full time operating aesthetic practitioner in the clinic so if you have more than one then these figures will go up accordingly.

The single full time Practitioner performance figures should be over £329,000 gross per year (over £25,000 per month).

We have also only based these numbers on doing 6 patients per day on average and only charging £200 per area so clearly it is possible to do much more and to charge more (our figures are only based on very conservative numbers for guidance purposes only).

Note:The granting of a franchise license cannot guarantee the success of a clinic. Businesses develop at different rates depending on location, individuals involved, availability etc. Our franchise licensed business is expected to support revenues in the region of £329,000 upwards per year within 2 years for a small one practitioner operational clinic. A more individual detailed forecast will be carried out with you by our financial team before the opening of your franchise that will better reflect your own premises.

Full EPOS and Business Management System

You will receive your own dedicated webpage from our main www. vinciaesthetics.com website and this page will also allow patients to book directly into your clinic that you can view even on your mobile device so you can see what bookings you have 24/7. Any clients accessing your webpage from your area will also be entered into your own database so that we can data market all your clients. As you will probably know, having to pay for and maintain your own website would cost you thousands each year, but this is all part of your franchise fee.

The appointment system runs through your EPOS system but this links to our HQ Command Centre so we can handle all your calls and appointments if you are busy with patients. Our team can also manage these bookings effectively by making sure you have back to back appointments and not left wasting your time during the day when you could be carrying out treatment. We can also provide you with a full call centre backup for your growing business.

Our very own I-Clinic system will deal with all your payments, appointment control, stock control and ordering. This system is also linked to our online accounting system which also provides you with data marketing tools, business reporting and KPI Dashboards etc. There will be an additional cost for the EPOS system, the software and hardware that goes with it as it comes from a third party. Although we have developed this system with them, it comes with a great cost for development time.

Marketing Services & Digital Advertising

Treatment & Patient Management Systems

As part of your fees, we have a centralised marketing system that gets the biggest discounts for your business and again, our centralised HQ marketing team will handle all your advertising through relationships with the UK’s largest and best marketing agencies. Your marketing will cover digital click advertising putting together artworks etc and will also include any data advertising for your own patients which includes text messaging and so forth. These are not things a one-man business or your competitors could do so it makes it easy for you to succeed in your area against any competitors.

Through our EPOS and appointment system, you will have a full patient management system that will also handle all your patient medical records and patient notes. You are covered under any legal responsibilities within your business.

All your treatments and services will be kept up to date in your system and new services that get introduced will also be included in your training arrangement. All of your patients will be dropped onto an automated system so we can send them text and email reminders for appointments. We can also automate sending reminders of when their next service is due. Again, this is all handled by your HQ team.

Business Accounting and Bookkeeping

With many years of experience, we have developed operation manuals to cover most aspects of your day to day business. We have also provided guidance on the correct protocols to follow on how to run a professional practice. We work very closely with all of the major governing bodies so we will continue to keep this section updated for you. Aspects of this section will be covered in your ongoing training as part of our brand development.

Your business will be covered by an insurance policy for any staff or HR matters. You will have access to a dedicated helpline which will assist you with any problems that may occur. Our HQ team will also be on hand to assist and place any recruitment adds for you. We will also provide you with staff training manuals to help develop your own team.

Our franchise offers you the unique comfort of not having to deal and be responsible for all of your bookkeeping and accounting process each month. We will take all the headache out by handling this for you so you can solely focus on building your business. We can also offer you a staff payroll system if needed as your business starts to grow (this is at an extra cost).

HQ will be on hand to help you with any clinic or patient matters which may occur. We are always available to support and guide you through anything the day may throw at you.

Franchise Options

At Vinci Aesthetics franchising we have three options available. The franchise licencing fees will remain the same despite which option you choose. The fitout of each option will differ as set out below.

Option one is to work with us to allocate a suitable retail premises that we can use as a Vinci Aesthetics Clinic. The cost for this type of franchise option can vary due to the size and the condition of the premises. We will carry out a full site survey and work out the costs involved in identifying prospective locations. This option will mean entering a lease agreement, however we will help negotiate the very best rent possible. By having the back up of an international company behind you will make it easier to get a premises that you may have struggled to get as an independent business. This option can also be combined with our “Vinci Dental Cosmetics” Franchise to create a dual income stream business model (please ask for more details on this option).

Option two is when you currently own a clinic but you want to convert your premises into an international brand and tap into the over £60,000 per month that we currently spend on marketing in the UK each month. New clients tend to go for national and international brands before considering an independent clinic, so you should get more customers this way. We will visit your current premises and assess the changes you would need to make to fit into our brand identity. We will then provide a cost for all the changes required from our shopfitters. This option can also be combined with our “Vinci Dental Cosmetics” Franchise to create a dual income stream business model (please ask for more details on this option).

Option three is our modular clinic where we have factory-built units. You are basically buying a ready-made clinic with the comfort of a fixed cost. These modular clinics will then be positioned inside one of our retail partners premises, such as a large gymnasium club. You would then pay our retail partner a fixed percentage of a turnover that covers rent rates etc. On average a partner like this would have over 7,000 members which you will also have access to. Even based on just a small percentage, this number will give you more than enough clients to reach your targets. This is a great option with minimal cost and minimal risk.

Dr Susanne Rossler is a Hair Transplant Surgeon & Aesthetics Practitioner at Vinci Hair Clinic in Malaga, Spain. Having worked in surgical hair restoration prior to joining Vinci Hair Clinic in November 2017, she has superior knowledge, skill and years of experience in the surgical industry. Dr Rossler is passionate about working with micro-surgery techniques and providing the best possible result is always her priority.

Yurii is a Graphic Designer based in Lviv, Ukraine. He joined Vinci Hair Clinic in February 2018 and holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning & Design. His previous work includes various types of design, from conceptual architectural to graphic design & branding. Yurii is also multilingual who can speak Ukrainian, English, Russian and German.

Lucas is Vinci Hair Clinics’ Social Media Manager for Instagram and Facebook. He joined the Vinci Hair Clinic team in November 2019. His digital work experience allowed him to develop an ability to create and publish daily material with exceptional in live action photographs and videos. Lucas is persistent in providing fantastic content, publishing diversification and has admirable customer service skills.

Lisa Collins is the Clinic Manager at Vinci Hair Clinic in Malaga, Spain. She has been a member of Vinci Hair Clinic since February 2009. Lisa’s background as being part of Air Cabin Crew in the UK, Middle East and Africa allowed her to develop excellent organisation, communication and management skills.

As a hair loss sufferer himself, Axel became passionate about helping those who suffer with their own hair loss. Previously Axel was the AHS Surgical Operation Manager for UK, Sweden and South Africa. Axel holds the Hair loss Specialist Certification 2013 and Surgical Transplant Total Care Consultant Certification 2018. He has trained and worked for years with Top Trichologists and Surgeons in the industry and can provide patients with a clear insight on how to restore not only their hair but their confidence. Axel is a strong believer that standards is extremely important in the medical sector.

Dr Björnsson is the founder of Vinci Hair Clinic. Undergoing a hair transplant in 2006 made him aware of the market potential of what was then a relatively obscure procedure. Since then he has dedicated himself to the surgical hair restoration field, providing his 25 years of business in various industries. Dr Björnsson is a Chartered Marketer who holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing, MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration.

Steve has run large industry sector companies such as Toni&Guy in 42 different countries. He has also worked with other large brands such as Estee Lauder, Procter and Gamble, being part of their high street concepts. Steve brings a wealth of business building knowledge and who has an exceptional understanding of the health and beauty industry and how to build businesses in this sector. Steve has also run some of the UK’s largest franchise businesses that have won many prestigious franchising awards.

Dr Ducu Botoaca is the resident Hair Transplant Surgeon & Aesthetics Practitioner at Vinci Hair Clinic Harley Street, London. He joined the Vinci Hair Clinic team in April 2019. Dr Botoaca is equally proficient in FUE and FUT hair transplants, body hair transplants as well as beard and eyebrow transplants. He is equally adept in providing medical solutions for hair loss, such as PRP Therapy. In addition to his surgical skills, Dr Botoaca speaks English, German, Spanish and Romanian, allowing him to communicate easily with clients of different nationalities.

Our working relationship will all be covered in your franchise license agreement we will enter with you. Your lawyer should find our agreement very straight forward and standard within the realms of franchising agreements. This license covers you for any issues that may occur and it’s your way of getting the support that we have agreed to give you. It also gives us an agreed understanding of what your responsibilities are under our contracted arrangement. This agreement also gives you an asset value if you ever wished to sell your business, as you would be selling a branded franchise business not just a one of shop. It has been proven repeatedly that a franchise business has a far better success rates and a much high sales values if you ever wanted to sell your business.

Our franchise is based on the following principles that are quite a standard practice:

Upfront Franchise License Fee £10,000 (one off fee to also cover training and launch)

10% Royalty based on your gross turnover (minimum guarantee of £1,000 per month)

The application process follows five steps to get your license.

1. LICENSE PROPOSALThe application and selection process begins with interested applicants contacting Vinci Aesthetics and completing the application form below. This can be done online or via a posted copy. The form will ask for personal, business and professional details. All applicants will be appointed to a license manager and be invited to attend an initial meeting.

2. APPLICATION SUBMISSIONThis meeting is designed to explain the overall concept, examine the specifics of your situation and how the license can best support you. Following a successful meeting a trade test will then be arranged. Once this has passed, the license agreement will be issued and a 14 day consideration period will begin.

3. ASSESSMENT AND QUALITY CONTROLOnce the agreement has been signed, Vinci Aesthetics will commence its final sequence for completion. In no more than 15 days following this initial meeting the agreement must be signed by both parties.

4. BACKGROUND CHECKSAs part of our due diligence, we will examine various aspects of your application. We may potentially visit the registered address, follow up on references and check PINs and certificates.

5. TRAININGSimultaneously, any training requirements identified by the trade test will be addressed. This may involve mentoring, shadowing and instruction.

6. CONTRACT COMPLETIONFull payment for the license fee will be required at the time of signing the license agreement. The final part of the selection process will begin with induction training. Once the Licence handbook has been issued, the licensee will require initial training in software tools, protocols, procedures and techniques which are unique to Vinci Aesthetics.
