Previously, Vincents operated across various locations in Brisbane. However, the newest 6-star eco building, New

Santos Place offered the opportunity to bring their vast expertise under one roof. Vincents aimed for the offices to be significantly different from their competitors’ workplaces. Videopro was contracted to provide an audio visual solution to impress clients visiting for presentations and meetings whilst still maintaining functionality and practicality for Vincents employees.

Installation: Videopro installed AV equipment in the multipurpose training and lunch area, boardrooms, 9 separate meeting rooms and the games area. The games area features a Nintendo Wii, Microsoft xBox and Sony PS3 all built-in to operate on a 46” full HD LCD TV. This system is fully operated by an AMX control panel to assist lucky users to seamlessly switch between games systems at the touch of a button.

In the multipurpose lunch and training room, Videopro installed a Sony projector designed to show on a 115” motorised recessed screen. As if that wasn’t enough, a 52” full

HD LCD was also installed with a Blu-Ray capable system. In order to maximise the potential of the New Santos Place location, Videopro installed a sophisticated Bose sound system including outdoor amplified systems to create a party atmosphere whilst visitors marvel at the view of the Brisbane River from the entertainment deck on the 33rd floor. On the entertainment deck, the team also installed a wireless microphone system for public addresses and training presentations. These systems are seamlessly controlled by AMX touch screen panels.

Although the boardroom is typically the ground for monotonous lectures in most companies, Vincents is committed to being different from most accounting firms. As a result, the boardroom features a recessed Sony projector that is hidden by the wooden surface designed to match the ceiling. When deployed, the projector is matched by an impressive calibre of technology in the room including a Bose sound system, Blu-Ray player, computer hook-up, AMX touch panels and a full HD LCD TV. The 9 meeting rooms have been fitted with LCD TV panels ranging from 32” to 46” in size with dual computer inputs and switching capabilities. These systems are required to ensure clients are receiving the most effective presentation possible. The Vincents installation is a prime example of the creative corporate AV capabilities that the Videopro team is capable of achieving.
