Village could pass an ordinance prohibiting video gaming in Malta if they so choose. (^COMPTROLLER'S REPORT: a. List of Claims/Financial Report/Purchase Orders - Motion Trustee Meisch seconded by Trustee Manis to accept the January Report in the amount of $46,996.40 roll call vote, all present voting aye, motion carried. b. Village's Continuing Disclosure Statement 4th Quarter 2012 - Reviewed and placed on file. NEW BUSINESS: a. Malta Days Carnival Contract - Brief discussion regarding contract and requiring of Certificates of Insurance naming the Village of Malta additional insured. Motion James Wilson to accept the contract with the striking out the renewal portion number 11 on the contract, seconded bySteve Meisch, roll call vote, all present voting aye, motion carried. b. DeKalb County Fiber Optic Agreement - Discussion regarding the contract and the positive influence that high speed internet can bring to the Village. Motion James Wilson to accept the contract as presented, seconded by Chrissie Manis, roll call vote, all present voting aye, motion carried. r
