Standing Rules

• Renewal fee $20 due annually on Oct 1st.

• Current members considered paid through Sept 30th , 2020

• 30 days overdue = delinquent

• 90 days overdue = dropped

• Initial membership fee = $25

• New members joining after July 31st in any year considered paid through Sept 30th following year

• Treasurer shall collect membership dues and maintain active club roster

• There shall be at least one club business meeting per year

• Officer elections shall be held annually at a business meeting in 2nd fiscal quarter (Jan-Mar)

• Beginning 2021

• For continuity 3/6 elected per year

Standing Rules

• Duties of officers consistent with FMCA position descriptions

• Membership limited to 100 rigs

• Treasurer to maintain waitlist

• Selections from waitlist based on chronological order

• Rally registration fees = $25, non-refundable

• Processed through website

• PayPal or any CC

• No pre-registrations for rallies

• Except Wagon Master & 2 co-hosts

• Rallies & registration dates & times announced to all members simultaneously with email

• Two methods of selection:

1. Chronological order up to limit

• Additional requests to waitlist

• At rallies, generators not used during quiet hours from 11pm to 6am
