• Face to Face Testing Phase with Users
• 1 hour Max with each User persona
• Explain Goal (Test News Design)
• Build rapport & trust in User
• Gift may be given to user as a thank you gesture
Test Settings
• User is alone with Presenter in Room
• Observers may be in the back of the Room
• Ideally a video recording of the session is made

TASK N°1“Find & Read TNT News about new price
positioning and Print it …” 3mn
Expected Behavior (in order of preference)
1. User clicks on Title link in News Box then clicks on “Print” icon
2. User Clicks on News Center links then sees all news and clicks on Title links then clicks on “Print” icon
3. User uses search Engine box with Keywords then clicks on link in search results and finishes with the “Print” icon
TASK N°2
“Find 32 Seconds Product page and send it to your colleague…” 3mn
Expected Behavior (in order of preference)
1. User clicks on Title link “Task & Visitors Chair” links in Content Silo Box “Proposal” and clicks on 32 Seconds Thumbnail when presented with overview page. He then sends the page by clicking on the “Send this page” icon
2. User uses search Engine box with Keywords then clicks on page link in search results and finishes by clicking “Send this page” icon

“Customize HomePage menu to your needs” 3mn
Target menu: • Deliver & Evaluate
• Identify Needs
Expected Behavior
1. Based on his profile we expect user to reduce / expand menu items which do not interest him/her by pointing and reducing / expanding these menu items / Silos.
