Villa „L“ Monte Negro, Kotor city, part Prčanj Parcel number: 1302 Monumentally protected coastal villa, about 300 years old, built in traditional kotor style with components of venetian architecture. Situated directly by the sea, has its own port (marina), big terrace by the sea and a garden. Total reconstruction has been performed within years 2008 – 2010.
