TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

SUNBRELLA® PERFORMANCE FABRICSunbrella fabrics are 100% Sunbrella acrylic. Designed for superior outdoor

performance, Sunbrella fabric is mildew resistant, UV resistant and provides

water repellency with no loss of breathability. Sunbrella fabric’s color penetrates

all the way to the core, ensuring years of vibrant color and performance. One

of the best ways to keep Sunbrella fabrics looking good and to delay deep or

vigorous cleaning is to properly maintain the fabrics. This can be accomplished

by simply brushing off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics, wiping up

spills as soon as they occur or spot cleaning soon after stains occur.

ALUMINUMVilla Cabana furniture frames use 1.5 mm aluminum tubing for excellent

durability. Aluminum is known for its superior corrosion resistance.

PE WICKERMade from 100% PE. Strong and durable, yet lightweight, PE is one of the

most suitable choices for outdoor use.

FOAMA high density 2lbs/ft3 foam is used for all cushions. A higher density

foam improves the overall quality of the cushion.

TEMPERED GLASSTabletops are made of ¼" Tempered Glass that resists extreme changes in

temperature for added durability and safety.

SUNBRELLA FURNITURE FABRIC LIMITED WARRANTYThe 5-year limited warranty covers Sunbrella furniture fabric against loss of color or strength from normal use

including exposure to sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals. This warranty does not cover normal care and

cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric,

including labor and installation. Valid only with proof of purchase showing original purchase date.

CLEANINGRemove any loose dust or dirt. Prepare a cleaning solution of ¼ cup mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water.

Use sponge or soft bristle brush to clean. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Allow fabric to air dry.
