The First Festival

• May 15, 1993

• 7 performers, all locals

• Lasted one day

• Decided to do it again

• The “Noorte moosekantide selts” was created

1994 -1996• A special fair for buying and repairing

instruments• Since 1996 the festival has lasted 4 days• Media interest• Music workshops
