Responsible for handling team who does the Market Mapping for the varied cross-section of the defined
market and understand and adopt emerging trends and technologies thereby increasing revenue.
Engagement with teams at various customer locations to better understand the customer requirement, in
order to work out a better solution.
Ensure high quality standards for all proposals in terms of timeliness, completeness and defect free.
Coordinating with OEM, Distributors, PM Etc. to tailor made solutions for customers.
Understand the SMB and enterprises IT requirements like HP Servers & Storage, Back Up Solutions,
Network End Point and Gateway level solutions, Virtualization Solutions with all Managed Services and
Infra.
Coordinating with the deployment and commissioning team to ensure timely completion and deployment of
the services
Work towards tactical handling of situation and clients for conversion of prospects by understanding their
objectives, and a detailed need assessment.
Account Mapping, Management, Nurturing & Relationship building of Accounts for enhanced and
continued business
Effective handling of assigned Enterprise accounts in the region for meeting Corporate Service Standard.
