LIS NO LONGER IN SCHOOL (NLS) STATUS

Sign in using the LIS user name and password.

Select Mastelist to view pending learner status for updating

Click and read Toggle Instructions for reminders

Click/Select Toggle List to view Unconfirmed Learner Status

Click Unconfirmed Trans-in’s Learners to start update and confirmation

Review Data of learner for Correction and Updating

Click status tab below (with Pencil Icon)

Or

To update NLS Status by Class

Choose List of Classes

Open Class with NLS

Example. Grade 9, Fortune (with NLS)

Open Grade 9 Fortune

Check and Select Toggle List with 2 NLS

The system will now show learners who are NO LONGER IN SCHOOL

Click Profile of Learner

(Example Caluntad, Ryan Jay Baliwag)

After opening the profile, Click Status Button (with pencil icon)

No Longer In School(NLS) can be reported or reflected as Transferred Out, especially when learner moved out from the DepEd System or transferred abroad.Reflect status as Transferred OutProvide Remarks or Reason of TransferSelect School Type (Private or School Abroad)Select Country (please wait for the system to upload Country, sometimes the system does not show the dropdown list for country automatically)Provide School name if the school have information where the learner transferred.

After providing data please select Update Status to Save Changes and Updates then Close.
