Introduction:-Frontier education foundation was established as corporate body in 1992 under an act of the provincial assembly. The principal function

of FEF was promotion and development of education in private sector in kpk through finical help and other measures.All the management and administrative powers of FEF vest in Board of Directors. Managing Director is the chief Executive of FEF.

The FEF management started 15 Degree Girls Collages in province to promote quality education at the nominal tuition fee. The collage has shown good results since their establishment. The FEF collages healed by highly experienced principals are staffed by qualified female lectures on merit.The collages have fully equipped laboratories furnished classrooms, offices, libraries and sports facilities.

FEF is basically a department which established to provide funds to talented and deserving students to continue their education in their selected fields. It provides funds to private bodies to constructs schools and colleges to provide education to the people. Slowly and gradually they reached to the stage where they decided to open their own collages in KPK with the name of FEF.


History:-FEF Topi was listed in these collages. This collage was inaugurated in Oct 2003 by the hand of Governor KPK ( R ) Ltd. Mr. Iftikhar Hussein

Shah and Education Minister KPK Mr. Fazl-e-Ali Haqani.Ms Gul Rana was the first principal. She remained their till 2007. Then Ms Haleema Sadia Lecturer in Law was promoted as Principal in Sep 2007. She remained their till 2010.

From the year 2010 up to 2012 Ms Saira Bukhari took the charge of Principal and then Ms Tasleem lecturer in Pol. Science took charge as incharge principal in 2013 and remained incharge till her last day. Because collages staff is regularize in January 2012. The staff is transferred to different Govt. Collages. The handing and taking over of FEF Collage in to GGDC Kohta was done on 12.05.2017. Collages are now in hand of Higher Education Department, Government of KPK.

About Collage:-1. G.G.D.C Kohta was established in 2003.2. It has a total area of 15⅟2 canals (84008.32 sq. ft.).3. The college is housed in purpose – built building having large and well– ventilated classrooms, a hall, and four grounds. And

well equipped separate laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology. It also has a computer laboratory with latest computers and related accessories.

4. The college library has variety of books on different subjects to enrich the knowledge of students.5. G.G.D.C Kohta is providing congenial environment to the students for the overall development and excellence in practical life.

It is inculcate in the students moral values, positive personality traits and character qualities such as hard work, honesty loyalty, sincerity, discipline, dedication, punctuality and sense of duty.

Admission procedure and policy. The applicants seeking admission have to attach attested photo copies of the followingDocuments.With admission form (attached to the prospectus)

1. Four recent photo graphs of the applicants.2. NIC of father /Guardian.3. Provisional S.S.C certificate from the school /college last attended.4. Character certificate from the school /college last attended.5. Detailed Marks certificate (D.M.C) of S.S.C.6. D.M.C of intermediate (if the candidate is seeking admission in B.A/B.Sc)7. Migration certificate (if the candidate has passed S.S.C examination from board other than Mardan.)8. Candidates seeking admission in B.A/B.Sc has to provide metric provisional Certificate and original migration certificate

from board to University.9. The candidates who passed there SSC exam last year’s should attached clearance certificate from the BISE Mardan or

concerned Board (excluding those who passed SSC in last supply exam). Note: Original documents are to be produced at the time of admission.


Admission Policy.

Note: Prospectus and admission form may be obtained from the college office, after the Declaration of Mardan Board SSC Annual examination result.

1. Application for admission, complete in all respect, is to be submitted to the college Office on or before the notified date during office hours.

2. Merit list will be displayed on the notice board of the college.3. Those students, having their names in the merit lists must make all the required documents and payments to the office on the day of interview, failing which, the admission shell be considered as cancelled.4. The applicants must make sure that their course selection is correct. Students shell not be

allowed to change their faculty. 5. Students can change their subjects within one week after the commencement of classes.6. Successful applicants shell give written undertaking to the college that any breach of the

disciplinary rules by the applicants would lead to the their expulsion from the college.

DISCIPLINE Discipline is the priority of the college.

The students should educate themselves in order to be aware of this obligation.

Students should be neatly dressed in the prescribed college uniform. Students should keep the college premises clean. Students should be regular and punctual in attending classes. Missing the classes shall be considered as a serious breach

of discipline. 75% attendance is required for board and university examination. Students must be respectful towards the faculty members, office staff, support staff and follow students. Violation of the rules may results in imposition of fine, suspension, expulsion from the college, as the case may be. The decision of the principal in all matters related to admissions, discipline, behavior, Suspension, expulsion,

examination fee, scholarship etc shall be final. A proctorial board has been setup to make the students strictly observe discipline during theregular college hours and other functions related to discipline in the college. A staff proctor is appointed from the teaching staff and proctors from student’s community in this regard. The proctorial board is headed by a senior staff member as the chief proctor, who is assisted by a senior student proctor.


Monthly test and internal examination .

In order to have a regular report of the students’ progress, monthly tests shall be held regularly Internal examination shall be held once a year. A student shall be penalized for being absent from internal examination.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES.

To promote social concepts and moral values in practical life, science society, English literary society social , Urdu literary society and social studies society are working in the college.

These societies prepare the students for English Urdu debates, quiz competition ,bait bazi and other related activities To develop physical fitness and sportsmanship among the students playground and physical instructor are in the college the

college participates in inter-colleges tournaments in games like valley-ball, badminton, athletics, and cricket In order to broaden the outlook of the students and to provide them practical exposure to this surroundings study-cum –

recreational tours are arranged every year under the supervision of senior faculty members SCHOLARSHIP /FEE CONCESIONS FOR THE STUDENTS
